InterCons Organizational Information

First, overseeing all functions of CIC and reporting only to the Board of Directors and shareholders is the Office of the President and CEO. President and CEO are positions always held by one person, simultaneously. The Office of the President and CEO has other highly important individuals organized under it, such as the Chief of Staff.

Operating departments provide corporation-wide services, do not oversee and/or operate via subsidiaries, and are led by a c-suite executive (CFO, CGO, CIO, etc.). Currently existing operating departments are:

Dept. of Corporate Finance (DCF)

Dept. of Self-Insurance (DSI)

Dept. of Risk Management (DRM)

Dept. of Personnel Management (DPM)

Dept. of Legal Affairs (DLA)

Dept. of Compliance (DOC)

Dept. of Information (DOI)

Dept. of Strategic Planning (DSP)

Dept. of Governance (DOG)

Dept. of Investor and Board Relations (DIB)

Dept. of Internal Audits (DIA)

Dept. of Technology and Knowledge (DTK)

Dept. of Internal Regulations (DIR)

Holding departments operate via and oversee subsidiaries in their related fields. They nominate subsidiary board members, ensure subsidiary compliance with CIC objectives, ensure smooth subsidiary-parent relations, and offer unified command when required. They may still provide corporation-wide services like an operating department, but through a subsidiary, not the department itself. They are led by an executive vice president (EVP). Currently existing holding departments are:

Dept. of Financial Services (DFS)

Dept. of Energy (DOE)

Dept. of Telecommunications (DTC)

Dept. of Transportation (DOT)

Dept. of Logistics (DOL)

Dept. of Research and Development (DRD)

Dept. of Real Estate (DRE)

Dept. of Production (DOP)

Dept. of Small Business Services (DSB)

Dept. of Education Services (DES)

Dept. of Municipal Corporations (DMC)

Dept. of Emergency Response and Management (DER)

Dept. of Justice and Security (DJS)

Independent subsidiaries are subsidiaries that are owned by InterCons but are not overseen by a holding department. They report and are responsible only to InterCons' Office of the President and CEO and its Board of Directors. Their boards of directors are appointed by InterCons' Board of Directors. Currently existing independent subsidiaries are:

InterCons Central Bank, Inc. (ICB)

InterCons Military Services, Inc. (IMS)

InterCons Police Services, Inc. (IPS)

InterCons Intelligence Agency (IIA)

InterCons Pantala Corp. (PantalCo)

InterCons Extrastate Authority, Inc. (IEA)
