For thirty years, Garrick Iolcus has led the Pantheon Project to gather mutants from around the world to Olympus. The most exemplary among them are the heroes that use their power for the good of society. Villains that reject the Pantheon are contained in the artificial island Tartarus.  It is this order that has created thirty years of peace but this peace will soon come to its end. Villains gather in the shadows beyond the Pantheon’s light. Cracks between heroes fester as the best among them are torn over where their allegiance lies. How the Pantheon confronts these challenges determines if lasting peace returns or a new world order begins.
