Rudra was lying on the bed of his hotel room that Parvati had shown him. He was staring at the roof as his mind was running buck wild thinking about all the things that had happened earlier today.
He was in heaven as he had died. How, when, and why had he died? He had no idea about it. He didn't even care about that. A few hours spent here along with the gods and the millions of souls in the party was much much better than the 16 years he had spent back on Earth, when he was alive. He had decided to treat his previous life as non-existent and this event as a new start. The life he would live after reincarnation would be his first.
The interactions with the gods were a bit weird. They were really enthusiastic while talking to him. Why would the GODS talk to him in such a friendly way? Are they really that friendly with everyone?
And his mother, yes, he even had a mother now, the most motherly mother to ever exist, and that made him giddy with happiness. But their interaction was really confusing why would anyone treat an unknown boy with so much love and care, as if he is their own son?
Nothing made sense anymore.
He just shrugged it off as their nature and closed his eyes. The day was already very tiring and he didn't have the energy to stay awake and think about trivial things anymore. He decided to think about everything the next day and went to sleep.
Next Day
Rudra woke up after a good sleep and saw the same hotel room ceiling he had seen yesterday. That confirmed that everything was real and that he indeed was in heaven.
He smiled widely as today was THE day. Today he would reincarnate and start a new life. Today was the day he would leave his past behind and begin anew. To say that he was excited would be degrading the way he felt. He got up, brushed his teeth, took a shit, had a bath, just basic morning routine, wore a new set of clothes that suited him perfectly and were already placed in the wardrobe.
After he was ready, he left the room and went down to the reception to exit the hotel. The hotel was surprisingly busy today. He spotted Hestia who looked pretty exhausted near the reception. He went forward to talk to her.
"Yo Hestia, good morning."
"Oh, Rudra, good morning. I hope our service was satisfying for you?"
"Hestia, the hotel is run by YOU, of course the service was perfect.
"I am glad," Hestia said as she nodded.
"It's pretty busy today isn't it?"
"Yes. People from all over heaven came for the event yesterday, everyone is leaving for their homes now."
"So that is why there is a rush today. Well, l do you know where I can meet the others." Rudra asked
"Today is the day, huh?" asked Hestia
"Yup, today is the day."
"Come on, I will take you where you need to be and inform the others that you have woken up."
"Ok, Let's go," said Rudra, and Hestia teleported away along with him.
"Uuggghhh" Rudra clutched his head tightly and was feeling very nauseous.
"Uh oh, I should have given you a warning that teleporting for the first time would hurt. Sorry about that." Hestia apologized.
"It's alright, just give me some time to recover and I will be fine," said Rudra as he laid down on a couch nearby.
"Alright. I have already informed the others and they should be coming here in a few minutes so we will wait till then and here you go." Hestia said as she pointed her finger at his forehead and sent some kind of energy in him that instantly healed his nausea.

"What was that !?" Rudra exclaimed.
"Magic," Hestia replied trying to appear mysterious.
"It was just a basic healing spell Rudra, nothing special." they heard a voice and saw an extremely beautiful woman walk in through the door.
"Hecate!" Hestia exclaimed as she puffed her cheeks feigning anger.
Hecate just smiled in return. The three of them then kept chatting till the others started coming in. After a while everyone was present and they started discussing Rudra's reincarnation.
"So what world do you want to go to Rudra?" asked Brahma.
"Well about that, has anybody present here ever watched anime?" Rudra asked.
"Everyone has. It is quite entertaining to be fair," said Yhwh.
"Ok, good. Has anybody watched One Piece?" Rudra asked again.
"Are you serious, boy? Everyone here has watched One Piece, it is one of the greatest works of entertainment I, personally, have ever read," replied Yhwh enthusiastically and everyone voiced ou their agreement.
"So you want to be reincarnated in the world of One Piece huh, that can be done-" Brahma said but was interrupted by Rudra.
"No no no, wait a minute, just let me complete myself innit"
Brahma nodded his head.
"If everyone has watched One Piece, then you must have played Pokémon too, or you should know about it at least, right?" Rudra asked.
Everyone again nodded their heads in agreement.
"So what I want to request you to do, Sir Brahma, is to reincarnate me in a world that is a merger of the One Piece and Pokémon worlds," Rudra said.
The Gods' jaws dropped to the floor and were very surprised by listening to the young boy's words. Merging One Piece and Pokémon together, why hadn't they thought of that before? Just the thought of how exciting just living in that world would be, overwhelmed them.
"There doesn't exist any world like that, but I will make you a new one right now," Brahma said, visibly excited.
"But what is the use of creating a new one? Doesn't that mean that all the people who would live there and all the things that happen to them would be due to me, just because I am the one requesting you to make it?" Rudra asked.
"It isn't like that, honey. We never pay attention to a universe after we create it. We just leave it to grow by itself. Nobody influences the universe even if we can. Life comes to exist on its own in a universe. It evolves on its own, thrives on its own, it is always beautiful to watch. So you don't have to worry about anything, just let him create a new one now." said Parvati.
"Ok mum," said Rudra. He looked towards Brahma and requested,
"Please do create the world, Sir"
Brahma just nodded in return and snapped his fingers. Rudra astonishingly watched the entity being created. It was not a world, Brahma, no, Brahma The Creator had just created an entire universe just by snapping his fingers. This was the first time Rudra got a glimpse of the true power the beings around him had. It was truly eye-opening and he was glad that these beings were not arrogant-minded pricks but relatively chill individuals who liked to fool around and even watch anime and play video games.
"Shocked boy?" Brahma asked with a grin.
"This is the cosmic energy I will be giving you access to. To wield it as well as me, you have to work extremely hard for a massive amount of time. I know you have the fire in you boy, and I hope that you utilize that fire in the correct way. And keep in mind that you have not one, not two, not three, but four energies like these to master. It will take time so be patient."
"I will Sir. Thank you." Rudra said as he bowed down.
Brahma just nodded in return.
"Are you ready Rudra?" Vishnu asked.
"Now is the time to reincarnate. Say farewell to everyone here and then we'll start the process."
Rudra started saying goodbye to everyone he had met and finally came towards his new family. He started tearing up a little bit as he was taken into a group hug by Ganesha, Kartikeya, and Ashokasundhari who had smiles on their faces. He then hugged his mother, Parvati, and then was patted on the shoulder by Shiva.
"No need to get sad, boy. We'll be meeting sooner than you expect," he said.
"You are Gods Shiva, you are above time. For you, it may be nothing but for me, it would be years." Rudra replied.
Shiva just shook his head with a smile and didn't say anything else.
"Believe us, honey, we will meet soon, very soon. You won't be lonely ever again. We will always be there for you, supporting you as your family." Parvati said, as always lovingly ruffling through his hair as she had taken a liking to it.
Rudra just nodded his head even if he didn't understand what they were talking about and walked towards Vishnu.
"I am ready, Sir," Rudra said.
"Alright, then. This will feel weird but don't worry it will be quick." Vishnu said as he pulled an ancient one on Rudra and transformed his soul into a wisp form and threw it into the universe that Brahma had created.
Rudra felt everything blur around him and blacked out.
"Well now that that's done is everyone else ready to go?" asked Vishnu looking towards everyone in the room.
The Gods lived a very boring life. They rarely got any chances to have fun. But now that an amazing opportunity had come nobody wanted to miss it. So they had decided to take it and incarnate along with the young champion.
Shiva looked at everyone, smiled at Vishnu and said,
"Let's go"
