1. My mother is a 67yr elderly sickly woman with breast cancer, with an on-going medical treatment. It is imperative that my mother's needs and expenses, as well as her mental health are to be met and taken care of before and after my scheduled work time.
2. The abrupt schedule change from 5PM-1AM in the parcel section has completely upended a predictable, fortunate pattern, threatening the safety of my elderly mother, both in health and sickness.
3. The transit services I board at 2PM in order to get to work for 3PM at the Parcel section. After the change to 5PM-1AM schedule that will begin in a month, the transit services are not serviceable until as early as 4AM to 5AM. This will not only put my elderly mother in undue stress, which could negatively affect her health in the worst way possible, as she could not sleep until after I have returned home; moreover, and especially during winter, as I have no serviceable vehicle, my health may be in danger due to hypothermia from prolonged exposure to cold.
4. I have sent a request for transfer to Metro West Delivery on the date of 202/09/11 for a permeant position, and as soon as possible.

9. The seniority required to change to meet my familial obligations are quite distressing and bleak, as my seniority begins in 2015. Whatever changes I have tried to make, through either backfilling and/or monthly bidding, has not caused any sort of positive changes to occur. My request to transfer to Metro West Delivery has been added into SAP with a valid date of 2023/09/12. I am still waiting for the confirmation for my immediate move. The request for documentation is provided as requested.
