This tale begins after the creation of the heavens and the earth when all was formless and dark. The Lord had not yet formed the first day and in that moment a being was born slighly astep from time, all but immortal but bound to time itself. It was but a wraith as formless as creation it knew nothing else in that eternal moment before the first day. When the lord spoke light into being it feared and fled into the darkness, taking solace in that first night. Then the universe came into order the stars were formed. It watched as earth came into existience and as life flourished.

IT watched from the shadows of a great trees as the man and woman(as it heard the Lord call them) walk amongst the forest. They chatted and laughed, Sometimes HE would come and walk with them, sometimes He would even Look at IT but man and woman never saw IT. IT listened and learned about words and the garden, the fruits at the centre but it never went near the centre and serpent would always watch IT and IT was afraid so IT hid. Time passed, IT could not say how long but IT grew entranced with the Woman and watched her most.

The Light hurt IT less, Sometimes IT could go directly into it. It wondered the garden when one day IT saw the Woman near the centre of the garden speaking with the Serpent and then partaking of the fruit. Time shook and a new sensation came upon IT.

PAIN!!!

IT screamed silently into the darkness and it watched as time shifted onto anew path with new choices. ITs formless body trembled and tore as Darkness and earth reformed and joined subtly with light.

It looked upon its new flesh examining its every facet and understood it was her.
