The field owner brought out a contract and put in on a table in the warehouse.

"The contract says you will get 10 silver per day from gathering bellow berries on the field execpt during special circumstances"

The field owner gave Norton Smithy a pen for the contract.

"Now sign the contract and you can start working"

"Sounds good to me I'll sign this contract and get easy silver from it"

Then Norton Smithy signed the contract.

"Now that you've signed the contract you will be required to work in the field gathering bellow berries for 16 hours per day. Grab the container outside and collect bellow berries until the container fills up. Then once the container is full deliver the bellow berries to the factory next to the warehouse"

"Thank you for the opportunity to make this silver"

Then Norton Smithy went outside and began work.
