After the family finished their breakfast, everyone went they’re separate ways. Kira was a stay at home mom, taking care of chores around the house. Ren worked an office job, which he headed to every morning after Akira headed to school. Akira was enrolled at a private school, “Kami Academy”, known for being prestigious of sorts. Most students who enrolled at the academy were either smart enough to pass the enrollment test, or simply had enough money to pay for the enrollment. Most of the kids enrolled at this school were just slightly smarter than average.
Now Akira herself would say that she fits in well with these kids, and to some, she might, but to the kids enrolled at such as school, she sticks out, much like a star on a dark night. Her test results would often come back with high scores, only not being perfect because she would intentionally miss questions. With the average scores of the school being 70%, Akira scoring an average 97% stuck out very much.
“Hey Aki!”
“Hey Clyde. Chipper today are we?”, Akira said while wearing a fake smile.
“Okay, you don’t have to force yourself to smile.”
“Yeah, yeah. Sorry. So anyway, do you need something?”
“Well, I’m here for the student council meeting like you are, so I was gonna walk with you.”
“I guess that’s fine with me.”
“Alright, then let’s keep going”
Akira and Clyde were what you would call, mutual friends. They didn’t talk much outside of school, or interact with each-other much. Clyde was what anyone would call, a “Stud”. He was tall, standing at 6’0”. He had dark brown hair, and hazel eyes. He had a semi-muscular build, with toned abs and a jawline that could grate cheese. He was generally an attractive person, and the only real bad thing about him was his laid back attitude. If he was in a book, he would be the protagonist.

The student council meeting went on until the first bell rang, signaling the start of the school day. As all the students headed towards their classes, we follow Akira towards room 307. Now, each hallway in the school was divided by groups of one hundred. One hallway would have 101, 102, and so on.
As students filed in the room, the bell began to ring. Akira sat in the middle of the classroom, so as not to stick out. First came homeroom, then English, then math, until the bell rang as to let out the students to lunch. Students ran towards the hallways, meeting up with their friends and lovers. Akira didn’t have any people like that, so she decided to eat lunch alone. Akira headed towards an outside section of the school laced with benches and tables. Many of the kids didn’t know about the area, instead opting to eat in the cafeteria. Akira sat at a bench, and searched her bag. There was a problem. She forgot her lunch.
“Gosh darn it, how could I forget my lunch.”
She sighed.
“I bet my mom made me something good, too. What an airhead.”
Akira mumbled to herself. She continued ranting quietly for upwards of 10 minutes, until she heard a voice.
“H-H-Hi?”
Akira looked up from her ramblings, and standing in front of her was a very cute girl.
The girl had red hair that was straight in the back, with curls on each side of her cheek. She had a short face, with eyes that had a greenish-brown tint to them. Her face was littered with freckles, and she was wearing dark red lipstick.
“Oh. My. God.”
The girl took a step back as Akira stood up violently, staring at her.
“You are adorable!”
Akira, with a a large grin, began to pet the girls hair.
“Um... w-w-why are you petting me?”
“Because you are just so cute.”
“B-b-but we don’t even know eachother.”
Akira stopped petting the girl and stepped back with a smirk.
“I’m Akira Senjou, pleased to meet you.”
