Hyunjin POV:
Walking to them I smile while waving. Felix returns the gesture but as I get closer to them I can see Jisung and Felixs’ faces contort into ones of worry. As I reach them Jisung holds my face with his hands scanning it over for any cuts, or bruises. “Are you okay what happened?” Jisung says, his eyes filled with worry. “Jisung I’m fine my scent blockers wore off.” Felix sighs and steps towards me holding out his hand. “You really need to be more careful Jinnie.” Felix hands me scent blockers and I nod while applying them to my neck. I take off Jisungs’ big sweater and place it in my bag, before taking out my own. I slip my sweater over the big tee shirt I’m wearing as we make our way home. Two blocks before my house I’m left alone, Felix and Jisung live two blocks before me. Although Jisung walked me home everyday, today he couldn't because his mother had called and she needed his help with something. But I didn’t mind that it was quiet and before starting my walk the rest of the way, I pulled out headphones and started to listen to , “Your Eyes Tell.” By BTS. Playing the slow soft melody caused my mind to wonder about my life situation. Having to stay hidden kept away in fear because he would be used and thrown away. Leaving me helpless I was so useless, disgusting the thoughts blocked the music playing. I don’t remember what happened next but when I finally came back to my senses, I sat on the floor of my rooms’ bathroom. A silver blade lying on the floor near the sink, long intricately designed cuts decorated my skin. Some swirling in different directions while others stretched from my wrist to where my forearm met my elbow. This wasn’t the first time, It happened quite a bit.
“Hyunjin-ah?” My mothers voice came from outside, she knocked on the door. I panicked and washed my hands that were painted in blood. I threw the blade out and pulled my sleeves down hiding the cuts though they burned after rubbing with the cloth. I washed my hands once again for good measure, and opened the door. I stepped outside and my mother gave me a sad smile. I looked at her confused, “There’s some guests downstairs c’mon.” My eyes widened the blood on my arms threatening to seep through the thin fabric of my sleeves. I nodded and walked downstairs hoping it would be short. Making it to the living room I saw Jungkook and Taehyung hyung. Along with Bang PD-nim and some other people I didn’t recognize. Jungkook and Taehyung hyungs are mates, though I was scared of the mate bond. I’m not anymore not after seeing their relationship bloom. I can only hope that someone will one day love me the way Jungkook and Taehyung hyung love each other. Seeing me Taehyung smiles and comes to hug me. Taehyung hyung is my cousin and Jungkook is the soon to be head alpha. Which will make Taehyung the luna. Taehyungs’ father was killed when he was very young so my parents helped raise him. We were practically brothers. Taehyung is a male omega as well so he hopes to make the situation for male omegas better once he becomes luna. It's normal for Taehyung and Jungkook to come over and hang out or talk to Felix, Jisung and I about our lives and school. But I didn’t think that’s what this was about. Bang PD-nim was there in my living room, he’s the head alpha and although his son (Jungkook) visits quite a bit. He doesn't there were also two other people he didn’t recognize. There was no way these people were a part of the Silver Stars pack. I would’ve recognized them. As I was studying them Bang PD-nim motioned for me to sit down.

I folded my elbows upward on my lap and held my chin in my hands. Making the blood flow down towards my elbows rather than up towards my cuffs where it could be seen. My mother took a seat next to me. Bang PD-nim smiled at me before beginning to talk. “Hello Hyunjin? Right?” I nodded. He continued, “You already know my son Jungkook and his mate Taehyung.” He gestured to the two sitting on the couch. I nodded once again. “And you’ve heard of the rivalry between the two clans? Ours and the Blood Moon pack?” Again I nodded the Silver Stars and Blood Moon Pack had been rivals for centuries though no one quite knew why. “Well we’ve decided to resolve it.” I peered at him and wondered what this had to do with me. “This is Bang Chan, future head alpha of the Blood Moon Pack, and this is Jin Young Park head alpha of the blood moon pack.” I gazed at the boy 'future?’ meaning he was Jin Young Parks’ son? I nodded again. Looking down at my arms I noticed the blood started to pool at the skin above my elbow. I could tell it was going to start seeping out. I hoped this would be over. I didn’t want it to be seen. They would ask too many questions, stare and worse might even check the source of it. If the blood showed. I started to quickly shake my leg up and down while I started to pull on my fingers. My mother noticed my signs of anxiety, she was the only person besides Jisung and Felix who knew about my anxiety. Though she knew about the anxiety she was far from knowing about the cutting. Before Bang PD-nim could speak again my mother spoke. “How about we discuss this over dinner? I just finished making it. ” Bang PD-nim smiled and nodded. “That would be lovely.” My mother gestured for everyone to follow her to the dining room taking as that as my cue I quickly got up the blood that had pooled quickly began to drip down to my hands making it quite visible. I hurriedly left the room and rushed to my own to bandage the fresh cuts. Oblivious to the eyes watching me.
Bang Chan:
I stood at the end of the room. I don’t know why father insisted on bringing me with him. This treaty would end whatever rivalry our packs had, although I had no problem with Jungkook nor he with me. We were actually quite good friends but our great great great great grandparents had some big problems with one another. Which started a rivalry between the two packs. Not that many people cared about it but it was still somewhat a threat to us. A small boy came into the room. Bang PD-nim called him Hyunjin. He had blonde longish hair that hid his face. A big sweatshirt engulfed him and sweatpants covered his legs. Hyunjin didn’t speak once just nodding. I observed him; it was just something I did, trying to analyze him I kept staring at him. Halfway through the talk with Bang PD-nim he started to shake his leg and pull his fingers. Anxiety I could tell, he displayed pure signs of it. His mother said something and everyone got up. But I stayed keeping my gaze on the boy. As soon as everyone had left he stood up. Dropping his arms causing large amounts of blood to show and cover his hands. My eyes widened. He whimpered before running out of the room not noticing me at all.
