I'm Ha Eun Choi. I am a bartender in a speakeasy, hidden within the basement of the city library. I am 17 years old. I have practiced a lot of things since I was 3. You see, I was titled a genius and kind of mature despite my young age. Another fact about me... is that I can always tell who they are just by their mannerisms and demeanor. It is something that I have picked up on over time. This world is not ordinary by any means.
Since it will no longer be the Earth that we know... in 12 hours, 48 minutes, and 20 millisecond.
Now, please look over me and sit back while you read.
As a bartender, I always keep my ground high, get information and sell them. The bar is quite small too, but it has become pretty popular with criminals and rich people. Either way, the bar only has drinks and... information. Why? Simple. Because everyone that I saw...

Yeah, this thing also allows me to get everything a person saw or heard. Information is gold... yet...I can take a look of their skills too.
Excuse me for a bit.

You see? This is the 'power' . In this Bar, everyone have their own codenames, or an alias. But i can see their real name, personal informations, and even their skills automatically. All i need to do is to catch glimpse of them. They don't need to look at me back, if I saw them, I'll get their information. With that said, when the clock strikes 3 am... The speakeasy must be closed.
[ DING── ]
There are three alarms per day. First, is to remind everyone that it's 1 am.

Second, is to leave the speakeasy as quick as possible.

And last... is the closing time. Where people who is still inside the speakeasy will disappear the next day.
Then why am I still good even after day by day? Because...
I quickly get out of the speakeasy and lock it at 2:40 MAX. (even though there is still a person there)
Why did I leave them in there even though I know they'll disappear?
It's no use, Everytime I tried, they wont budge. I can't even try to move them.
Even after knowing that those guys disappeared in the speakeasy, why am I still working here?
Because the pay is $3.09 million per day. It's such an incredibly large sum of money that I can't possibly decline.
Then how do I get paid?
I honestly have no idea. The 'BOSS' communicate with me via message. And I got paid exactly at 3:01 am.
I got the money transferred into my bank account everyday.
How do i know that the world will change drastically tomorrow?
Because I went back here from 2035.
I was 30 years old. I was an S-Rank hunter, a dual-class on top of that. Dual classes are extremely hard to get, since it took an immense amount of luck when choosing a card. Then, I obviously chose an ideal class since i was an assassin before. So i chose mage, who can easily take out enemies from a wider attack range.
The risk I took was calculated, but man am I bad at math... It was horrible. I always ended up running out of mana, hence, I panicked more easily, making me lost my control as an assassin... and ended up as a laughing stock. Like my every bit of achievements, the sweats and the hard work I put up for my country, for my own people was nothing. They weren't grateful at all. They called me a freak, an idiot for choosing mage out of all classes, since as a dual class, I have to use them both equally, I can't only use assassin's class. My growth and skills also became harder to be perfected.
Even though I remembered clearly that there's one person that said
'there are no accidents'
It wasn't that convincing now.
And there's also this person who commented 'Save the turtles' in every article about me. Weird enough to make me speechless.
Ugh... I'm getting too many bad memories.
Anyways, I didn't come back here to do nothing. The NPC, Chronos... came to my room that was full of liquors after I drown in depression of the burden and stress that was thrown on me. He said he was watching me my whole life. He understood all the pain that I had to go through, and somehow brought me back in 2022... Then the message from BOSS just popped up on my phone, declaring that I am now officially a bartender of the speakeasy, stated my paycheck per day, gave me a new identity, and now here I am...
Well....
