"You can't be seriou—" Before Enro could finish, the man's foot was in his stomach. "ENRO!" Reni dashed in, holding his sword close. He swung his sword at the man, only to be dodged.
"Your swordsmanship is subpar at best." Enro grabbed his dagger and dashed in, aiming at him. "I'll catch him off guard," he thought, leaping into the air to kick the man. The man blocked with his arm.
"Too slow, boy," he said. Enro's attempt failed, and he was slammed to the gravel, exclaiming in pain. As Enro headed towards the floor, he threw his dagger in a desperate attempt. He was slammed into the gravel. "Dammit, I can't hit him," Enro groaned.
"What a bunch of losers. Can't even land one hit on me. I'm surprised you made it here alive." Ken threw a punch, only for the man to grab his arm and lift him into the air.
"Let him go!" Yelled Enro as he desperately went for his dagger trying to take it from the man's hands. Reni dashed in determined, ready to support Enro as best as he could. The tall man dropped Ken, who rushed for his weapon. Reni dashed in, attempting to slash the man's chest. The figure easily blocked the attack with his own weapon. Enro leaped into the air, hoping to land the kick this time.

"That's better Come at me full force," the man taunted. He dashed back to the walls of the academy, but they weren't finished. Enro landed and immediately went in for another attack. He grabbed a stone and threw it at the man, hoping to distract him. The man caught the stone. Enro went in for a punch to the face. The man caught it as well, only for Reni to be right in front, going in for a slash. The man tried to dodge, only for Enro to hold him down. The man barely caught the blade, only for Ken to use this opportunity to strike the man in his face the battle was over they had won
"Looks like you are worthy. Now follow me. Welcome to the academy. Oh, and put those weapons away."
They held each other up and followed the man into the gates, storing their weapons. As they looked around, seeing the grand courtyard, the lush garden, the towering halls, and the smooth cobblestone, they paved their way farther and farther in. They started to see people. They were met in a giant hall. "This is where the exam will take place. You came in late for the orientation, but the first phase should be starting. You have two days to prepare I have high hopes for you. Show me that strength wasn't just a one-time thing. Be strong."
As the man left, they looked around in amazement, but they needed to stay focused. They couldn't lose their way now. They needed to show that they belonged here. Their future as knights of the order started here and now
