TALES OF IDA - 2
I feel kinda bad about myself today.
See, I think I accidentally stalked someone (if that’s the right term).
Why? Well let me tell you. For you see, this story happened a few hours ago…
—
I was at a gas station with my family eating some chicken.
The food was pretty good, but I won’t be talking that much about it right now.
I was pretty tired at that point, for I had just gone on a day-long trip outside the city, to sightsee some places my family wanted to see.
I went to wash my hands after eating when while I was gone, a family sat down beside us.
Normally I don’t poke my nose in other people’s business, but what they were talking about intrigued me…
Now for the sake of privacy, I won’t be telling exactly what they were talking about, and either way I only heard snippets of words in their conversation. Even if I tried, I probably didn’t remember a single phrase they were talking about.
Unauthorized reproduction: this story has been taken without approval. Report sightings.
I also won’t go into detail on what they look like, for the same reason.
But in any case, I wanted to see what they were talking about, so I turned around to face them.
But the moment I did, one of the guests turned around! Maybe because he sensed that I was staring at them, I don’t really know. Thankfully I turned my head around immediately so I don’t think they noticed that I stared at them for a few seconds. But the problem was what came afterwards…
Now some of the people in my family stayed behind in the restaurant to pay the bill, while I followed others to buy some stuff at a nearby shop.
I wasn’t going to buy anything there so I got pretty bored and went to check on the people back at their restaurants a few minutes later.
So when I went back to the restaurant, they (the rest of my family) weren’t there, and while I was searching for them, the same guy who turned around his head, turned around AGAIN TOWARDS ME (I think)! This time I really feel like he thought I was stalking them, and now I feel bad.
Turns out the rest of my family (the ones who were in the restaurant) left the moment I went towards them.
I left immediately after feeling guilty on the way back home…
—
So in other words, to the family who might think I was stalking them, I’m sorry. It was just a coincidence, and I didn’t hear anything and what I was doing wasn’t what you might have thought it was.
Now, I want to emphasize that I’m really sorry once again,
With Regards,
Ida
