Man "dies" in our world and is sent to a world of steam punk low fantasy and magic, where the rich and corrupt rule the country he was reborn into, which sees to him witnessing the horrors of this steampunk fantasy world. Having some memories of his past life (he was a 5 dan in Kendo and Iaido) he quickly picked up and pretty much mastered the art of the blade at the young age of 10, later his home town is attacked by one of the corrupt officials who quickly go about enslaving the women and killing all the men. Mustering up his courage, the MC quickly takes action and begins to "Awaken" his abilities as the worlds first Sword-Saint in over 600 years, using the curved blade he had his father forge for him, using the knowledge he had previously known about the manufacturing of a Japanese Katana. Needless to way the first battle is a blood bath which sees to him slaughtering all the soldiers who were left in the village whilst the official and some of his soldiers and slavers had already began their return back to his small mansion with his new batch of slaves. Having seen the actions of the MC, the second and third main characters to join in the story is none other than the MC's brother and his childhood friend who quickly take up arms along with him. On a quest to rescue the women and the men who had been spared the blade to be used as labourers in the mines.

Eventually I plan for the MC to start a group much like the Japanese Shinesengumi.
