I Hear You Are Going to Marry Me
C1. Son, I Married You to a Man

C1. Son, I Married You to a Man

Su Mo hit the man who robbed him on his nose, and then kicked him to the wall corner over the shoulders. Su Mo trampled on his chest, and then took the mobile phone ringing for long.

"Hello, mom? What's up?"

Su Mo trampled that man violently, so that the robber showed the whites of his eyes, and his ribs seemed to be broken. Su Mo said peacefully, as if he was not beating a robber.

"What are you doing, Mo?"

His mother said timidly and hesitantly.

"Oh, I've finished my paper and plan to go to sleep. What's up, mom?"

He told a lie naturally. Then he kicked the robber violently with his toe, making him faint. Su Mo kicked him forcefully again and took his own wallet from the robber. He then turned around, and the white wind coat drew a beautiful arc.

He walked out of the dark alley and continued his way.

"Well, Mo, well, you have finished your university courses overseas, right?"

"Yes. I can finish my courses after I hand in my paper."

Su Mo still said peacefully, without even a trace of emotion. He did not ask why his mother hesitated. He guessed that his mother had something to say, and she would say even though he did not ask.

"Mo, do you know homosexual marriage is legalized in our country?"

"Yes, I'm glad that people have equal human rights and free love. People of the same sex can love each other, without discrimination from others. They deserve respect. This is progress in laws and humanistic care. I think it's good."

Although he said he was glad to hear that, his peaceful voice showed no gladness at all.

His mother blamed Su Mo silently and violently in her heart. 'Couldn't you be happier in your voice? Why are you so calm in voice?'

However, homosexual marriage legalization representing the integrity of laws in a country had nothing to do with him.

His mother did not know how to start.

Su Mo asked nothing, too, and just kept walking along with the dark alley, with quiet breath and steady steps. He said nothing before his mother said something. He listened to his mother's voice, "Well, oh, well."

Finally, his mother made the determination to start. She had to do so.

"Well, Su Mo, I hope you to come back home and get married. I've found a spouse for you, and I married you to a man. You just come back to hold a wedding ceremony with him."

Hearing what his mother said, Su Mo stepped onto a stone because of astonishment or carelessness.

Bang! He fell on the ground. His indifferent and cold expression was destroyed, replaced with a dumbfounded one.

Did he hear something wrong? His mother told him that she had found a spouse for him… A man? His mother decided to marry him to a man? Who was crazy? He or his mother?

The mobile phone was so solid that he fell on the ground and sprained the ankle, but his mother kept talking through the mobile phone.

"Actually, I made this decision because I have to do so. I've seen a lot of families composed of two men. Generally speaking, they can live a good life. Homosexual marriage is legalized in our country now. Your marriage will not be despised by others. That is a good man, well, with a quick temper though. His name is Xing Biao, and he comes from northeast China. He has worked here since he was 18 years old, with some achievements now. I made this decision because his personality happens to hit my fancy. He agreed to marry you after he saw your photo. I've received the betrothal presents. You just come back and discuss with him about the date for the wedding ceremony. I will feel relieved if you get married and own a family."

Su Mo listened to his mother silently. He knew he was not sleepwalking because of the stabbing pains on his ankle.

It was real!!
