Soon after posting the last chapter, my wife came to me with a news article. It said that the legendary actor Jason David Frank, renowned for his long-running role as Tommy Oliver from the Power Rangers franchise, has died, apparently by suicide.

I'm a bit emotionally wrecked by the news. This is a guy who was a personal hero to countless people, myself included. I've met him a few times at conventions, followed various media appearances, and even backed his latest movie on Kickstarter. Any fan could tell you that he always had this very bright, enthusiastic, optimistic air about him. But now it seems that that was, to some degree at least, a performance by a talented actor; that this man known for fighting monsters on screen has lost a battle with inner demons.
