It’s been four months since the reincarnation of Victor who was the former soldier and a spy, who died in an operation sanctioned by the government for its own benefit and causing him to lose his life. And at the final moment he made a wish and a mysterious being accepted it and reincarnated him in the world of one piece.

From the first day he started preparing for the day when marines will arrive on the island in order to take away all the homeless kids, and from his experience Victor concluded that there will be two course of action they could take 1) they will turn all the kids into laborers or 2) they will put them in an orphanage, Victor put his bet on being admitted into the orphanage because looking around he found that there are not many homeless kids in the town or in nearby towns.

Talking about preparation he spend first few days to level up his most important skill at the moment i.e. instant dungeon create, followed by military training routine, which were much more intense than normal, which he had continued for whole four months gaining him his first title {Training maniac} which in result increased his training efficiency to a great degree.

About instant dungeon his empty dungeon has gained time difference of 5:1 i.e. five hour inside is one hour outside, rather than gaining the original dungeon of zombies he gained another form of undead i.e. skeleton which is actually second new dungeon that was unlocked first one was actually filled with slimes and let me tell you those were more  disgusting than thing you could ever imagine, but despite that the thing they drop were skincare and beauty products and most importantly they worked which gained Victor admiration from female population of the town, which helped him in getting rid of his malnutrition status affect, and gained another on its place <>.

As for the skeleton dungeon it was filled with human skeleton of all age ranging from infant to colossal, wild beast of all shapes and sizes and not to be forgotten sea king skeletons, which resulted in great range and effective combat experience. These skeletons also became a source of treasure for Victor  involving cold weapons like sword, spears, shields, clothes, hot weapons like flintlock guns and pistols which are common in one piece world, with a little bit of cash. Well it also earned him a few titles win which latest is {Bane of Undead} which increase the damage done to undead monsters by 50% and damage taken is also reduced by 50%.

As for combat power he learned all the weapons he got to an acceptable degree he also increased his battle sense with utilization of magic while fighting without stopping to recite them. He also increased his arsenal of spells. Other than the combat portion he also improved his support skills, such as major improvement in creation skill and developed fishing skill, cooking skill, navigation, massage, repair, etc. 

Within the whole process most interesting development was acquisition of armament haki and observation haki in which armament haki was acquired when WILL reached 30 and observation haki was acquired by only two days later while fighting blindfolded.

Today is a fine day in Tefla town, sky is clear, no large waves in the sea, and cool ocean winds are blowing. At the dock of the town a boy could be seen sitting, the boy has chocolate brown hair and equally  brown eyes, a fine stature showing healthy lifestyle, a short pointy nose, small lips, face full of baby fat, a fair complexion, wearing normal everyday clothes all in all handsome little kid. This is our protagonist Victor Don Blaze or Simply Victor D. Blaze. He has greatly improved his image during these four months and is seen with less disdain than before and is considered a street boy who can take care of himself and as for female population they almost adore him due to his constant supply of skincare product which has increased the charm of almost everyone who has used it except for rough skinned men......it would be better if we don't go in that direction.

Today he sitting at the dock because today is the day marines will arrive to take away all of the street rats from the island. 

He kept waiting for few hours and meanwhile everyone on the docks gave him strange eyes. After a while a big transport ship could be seen in the horizon followed by a galleon. On their sails sign of world government could be seen. Looking at the ships in real life is really different from reading in comics or manga. It gave Victor the feeling of the first time he saw a Boing jumbo jet.

Reaching at the shore as the ships docked at the docks, town mayor came in order to greet the marines.

One who arrived is a marine captain; he is a tall buff man with square face, a stiff expression, upward tilted eyes filled with confidence, wearing marine uniform with a captain long coat on his shoulders with justice printed on its back. Following him are many marine soldiers. Coming down through the platform connecting ship and the dock, town mayor welcomes him,

Town Mayor:"Welcome welcome I...."

Mayor tried to welcome them but marine captain cut him,

Marine Captain:"We don't have time for chit chat we got work to do." Turning toward his soldiers, “get moving man gather all the street rats, we got many places to cover."

Hearing his command marine soldiers moved out and went toward the town to gather up all of the street rats.

One marine officer moved toward Victor seeing him standing alone at docks and his ragged clothes, he assumed that he is one of the street rats.

After many hours of search all of the street rats in the town have gathered at the dock, ranging from small kids who are two years old to really old men and women beggars, a complete total of 36 people.

Looking at all the street rats and beggars gathered Marine captain nods his head and instructed his men.

Marine Captain:”Move out men our work here is complete, now set the sails and set course for next destination.”

Meanwhile Victor silently observed the marine captain.

  A marine captain and a man of honor he joined the marines in order to be a hero. He aspires to become like Vice Admiral Garp the Marine Hero. He has been ordered to gather all the street rats and beggars from a certain portion of the East Blue. Because he know the working of World Government he decided to just gather the older men and women and send all of the young kids to different orphanages.

Reading the description Victor confirmed his next destination i.e. an orphanage, and also understood his current standing in the world i.e. close to a marine officer in the weakest of the blue which means overall he is extremely weak and need to train harder.

After that he boarded the transport ship by being shown the way by the marine officers. On board the ship many people were already there but there was no kid in sight other than those who boarded the ship right now.

Finding a place for himself with other kids he sat down in a corner, while sited not a single kid tried to talk to him because for them he is a weird kid.

After boarding was complete, sails of the ship were raised and ship left the dock.

The ship sailed smoothly in the vast ocean with small waves in the water and gentle winds. The ship sailed smoothly without any miss happening.

The day passed and during the time of late morning ship finally arrived onto the next island.

When ship was docked Marine Captain came on the ship and called out.

Marine Captain:”Alright all of you kids come out you will be deboarding here,” said the Captain pointing at Victor and the group of children.

After that all were deboarded and escorted by marines to the neighboring orphanage.

Orphanage was outside of the village near the foot of the mountain. And looking from a distance it was very big in size, with only a few buildings around it.  On a closer look building was of traditional Chinese style surrounded by white walls a big wooden main gate and a small gate within the gate, a large inner space, five two storey building forming a pentagon and a central fountain.

This was going to be the home of five core members  of one of the dangerous fleets which will sail on these waters.
