It was a normal gray day in the city of Rustria.
Rain splattered onto the grimy cigarette covered sidewalk as the citizens went about their day.
A tiny figure covered in an oversized cloak, toddled through the passing people walking by, none of which stopped to see if the child was lost. They had places to be after all.
The child continued walking, their destination unknown but they seemed to hone in on wherever that was as they turned through small streets trying to take the shortest route.
They turned down a dark alleyway, even more dark than normal due to the storm clouds blocking any sunlight that could have helped.
It was then that the child stopped in their tracks as a figure blocked their path. This figure was humanoid but something was off about it.
Its neck was four times the length of a normal person and its fingers seem to end in razor edge claws instead of soft fingertips.
“Your smell… it's truly captivating.” An unnaturally gruff voice gurtled forth from its mouth while it took a snort of the child's scent.
“Would you mind if I had a taste?” The being chuckled to itself and unhinged its jaws, a glop of drool poured forth from its open mouth. It was hungry, and its prey smelt so salivating.
It creeped its sharp claws towards the child whilst imagining the screams and flesh being ripped from its prey and couldn't help getting excited. It purred like a demonic cat, and its gray skinned face curled in a smile.
Thump!
The sound of heavy footstep stomping against the floor behind it caused the being to flinch in surprise and rapidly turn to see what was behind it.
Boom!
It didn't have the chance to retaliate as its head was pulverized into pieces by a fist.
Its dead body flopped to the ground and where the penetration was inflicted, gray smog spewed forth.
After a few seconds, the demon's body burst into a cloud of ash, disappearing for good.
A tall man in dirty second hand clothes with a bushy unkempt blonde beard going down to his chest stood behind the cloud of ash.
His hand was covered in black gunk which he promptly wiped off.
The man looked down at the child, who didn't seem to react to what just occurred, puzzled.
He squatted down to match his eye level with the child and saw the chubby face and adorable features of a young girl.
Her turquoise eyes, as clear and mesmerizing as the tropical seas, stared back at him.
Before the man could say anything the girl lunged forward— and gave the man a big hug.
“What?” The man shook his head in confusion. He didn't know this girl.
He let her finish hugging, which took about a minute, then asked the girl. “Hey little one, where are your parents?”
She shook her head.
“What does that mean? Are you lost?”
She shook her head again.
“Then… Do you not have parents?” He asked to which he finally got a nod.
“Oh boy.” The man whispered to himself.
“What were you doing walking in this dark alley by yourself?”
She pointed a pudgy finger at him.
“Huh!?” The man uttered out, baffled. “You were looking for me?”
She nodded.
The man rubbed his brows in thought, before staring at the girl.
‘Is she… no… but why havent I felt anything?’ The man thought to himself.
He needed to check.
He reached a hand out and pressed a finger to the girl's forehead, which got a tiny giggle in response.
Closing his eyes, he focused deeply, trying to find a connection between them and was mighty surprised when he did find one.

Her spirit held yellow branches, like all those born from Eden did.
‘Oh my god… she's the newest one huh?’ The girl was similar to him in which they were both from Eden.
But why was she just a child? He didn't know the answer.
“Okay I gotta take you somewhere that isn't here.” He knew exactly the place to take this little one— or the person.
Someone who was good with children, actually had a place to stay, and would take good care of this little girl. And that would be his sister.
He wasn't in the right… mindset to take care of a child. It also didn't help that he was homeless which isn't a great environment for a child to be in.
He had other priorities to take care of even if this child was a new hero from Eden.
“What's your name?” He asked.
“Avilia” She replied, the first words he heard her utter.
“Oh so you can speak.” He jokingly said and gently reached his hand down to Avilia. “Come now, let's get you somewhere nice.”
She smiled and grabbed two of his fingers with her petite hands, not able to hold his massive hand all together.
He made sure to walk at a slow pace so she wouldn't fall behind, and led her towards a way to his sisters.
It didn't take long before he was fed up with the abysmal pace and reached down to hoist Avilia onto his shoulders.
She giggled and attempted to wrap her arms around his neck but they were too short.
He led her downwards through the maze of the underground subway system, and only stopped when he reached an area that was void of people.
Coincidental, this place was also where he needed to be.
A part of the wall was different then the rest, it was an empty half circular brick wall that was supposedly put there to be an art piece but it never came around to that.
He moved his sleeve up his arm, revealing a key tattoo on his forearm.
The tattoo wiggled before a key sprung to existence and hovered in front of his face.
He grabbed the key and inserted it into the wall, the key didn't need a hole as its head simply passed through the wall stopping when the whole head was in.
He turned the key and branches sprouted out of where the key was, and peeled the brick wall apart creating an entrance to a forest on the other side.
‘I didn't think I'd visit for a long time, but here I am.’ He didn't want to hesitate any longer and simply walked into the portal which closed behind him.
The forest was densely filled with trees and luscious overgrown plants.
As he walked, the plants seemed to make way for him and opened up a path forward.
At the end of the path was a rustic wooden house, not too big but not small either.
He approached the entrance feeling a little nervous. He hadn't seen his sister for… roughly 100 years.
Knocking on the door, he took a step back and waited in anticipation. Avilia on his shoulders seemed to be excited and couldn't stop swiveling looking at everything around her.
The door creaked open and a gloomy looking teenager opened the door, looking at him with a curious but also annoyed face.
“Who are you?” She asked in an annoyed tone.
“Who are you?” he asked back. “Is this not Eve’s house?”
She raised a brow and responded. “Names Cherry, and yes this is Eve’s house so answer my question, who are you?”
He cleared his throat, “I'm her brother, Adam.”
Her eyes widened and she looked him up and down. “I thought you'd be more handsome… okay come on in.” She said and swung the door open for him.
He walked in a little annoyed at Cherry’s comment but proceeded to carefully take Avilia off his shoulder, placing her on the ground.
The nostalgic smell of this house hit his nostrils with a blunt force causing his mind to reel in memories of times long gone.
He sighed and took off his shoes before walking into the house.
Avilia jogged after him, not letting him leave her sight.
The house was not what it appeared on the outside, its interior was dozens of times larger with lots of open areas and probably hundreds of rooms. And that was only the first floor.
‘Bigger than last time.’ He noticed it had expanded by a larger margin than the last time he was here.
Cherry led him through the maze of a house in which he saw dozens of children of all ages running about, playing games, eating and whatever other activities children could do.
“Why are there so many children?” He let his thoughts leak out unintentionally.
“Mother— Eve finds orphans from around the globe in dire need and raises them here by herself.”
“Oh that's perfect then.” He pointed to Avilia behind him. “This should be the best place for her then.”
Cherry looked at Aviila cursorily but didn't pry any further.
Eventually they reached a room with a massive door, easily twice the size of any other door with an engraving of a tree taking up the entirety of the door.
Cherry knocked on the door and a soothing voice rang out behind the door. “What is it?”
“Some suspicious looking fellow came to the house saying he was your brother Adam.” Cherry explained.
He looked at her, slightly disgruntled that she called him suspicious looking but when the door opened and his sister walked out he calmed himself.
“I felt something but I didn't think it would be you Adam.” Eve said.
She was a giantess, easily over 8ft tall but with normal proportions making her look normal from afar but she was anything but that.
If beauty could be put in physical form, it would be Eve.
She was stunning with her flowing green hair and piercing golden eyes that could rend shadows apart with a look.
Her figure was as perfect as one could imagine.
She stood, arms crossed, looking down at Adam waiting for him to explain what he was doing here.
“Been a while, Eve, how are you doing?” He awkwardly greeted her.
“Get to the point.” She bluntly stated. “You've ignored me for the last hundred years, so what could possibly bring you here.”
He embarrassingly scratched the back of his head and looked down to Avilia who was grasping his legs.
Her eyes sparkled and she squatted down to meet Avilia’s eyes and gently smiled.
“Hello little miss, what's your name?”
“Avilia.”
“A beautiful name for an adorable child.” Eve stood back up, now happier than she just was but then her face distorted into anger.
“This better not be your child you're dumping onto me.”
“No no no this isn't my child, I found her getting attacked by a demon and saved her.” He explained. “Also, you might want to feel her spirit.”
Eve anger disputed slightly and she did the same thing as Adam did before, and sensed in Avilia’s spirit and was shocked to the branches of Eden.
“She's the next hero?” Eve gasped in surprise.
“Yep that was similar to my reaction”
“But why is she a child? They usually come out of Eden when they are adults.”
“No clue, but I'm pretty sure she was actively looking for me. I just don't know why or how she did it.”
Eve’s eyes wondered as she thought and then finally asked. “So you brought her here for me to take care of?“
“Yes, I won't be able to do it and you're the only one able to take care of her safely.”
“Mm. That was the best decision, I'll happily take care of Avilia here.” Eve stated.
She reached down and picked Avilia up into her arms, hugging her with motherly warmth.
“Now you.” She pointed at Adam. “ I'm still mad at you so get out. Come back in a few years if you don't want me to stay angry.”
Adam nodded in understanding. “Don't worry I was gonna leave anyways. I gotta visit Eden and ask the old stump what's going on.”
He turned to leave.
Avilia saw Adam walk away and reached her arms to try and grab Adam but as he got further and further away she began to struggle in Eve’s arms.
“Now now, calm down, you're safe here, don't worry.” She tried to coax Avilia but it didn't help.
Avilia’s face tensed up and she cried out.
A booming echo shot forth from her mouth causing everyone but Adam and Eve to cover their ears and fall down in pain.
‘Shit’ Both Eve and Adam thought seeing this reaction.
A quick decision came to Eve’s mind.
She mouthed to Adam, “I'll take care of this, go check in with Eden, come back as soon as you can. No discussion.”
He didn't have a choice but to agree.
He ran out of the house trying to get away from the piercing screams of Avilia with his next stop being, The Garden of Eden.
