This is the world building chapter so that people can have a general understanding of world.

The world is called Arcadia it is a typical fantasy universe with dwarfs, Elfs, Beastmen, Mermaids and so on.

For those that are familiar with Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, Arcadia history is separated into "Ages"

First Age is the Age of the Gods an Apocalyptic battle took place which ended the Gods thousand year rule.

With the Gods gone te servants of the Gods (Aka the Golden Races, Such as the Golden Elves) took their Master's place and like the Gods they Created servants (Silver Races) to serve them.

Another apocalyptic war took place and this time the Silver Races are left and so te cycle continues again and again with each passing cycle the races grow progressively weaker.

50,000 years since the era of the Gods William gets isekaied to Arcadia.

Current Arcadia is like mostly low low fantasy with a few exceptions, that exceptions being those with long lineages can use lineage magic to summon forth the power of their ancestors.

Naturally this power doesn't come naturally as noble children need to attend an academy to study and learn to control their power.

The current world looks just like how 19th century Europe is portrayed in Japanese anime.

You know like a butler being name Sebastian, short skirts, wide variety of hair colours (Green, Blue, Pink) , crazy hair styles (like Yu-Gi from Yu-Gi-Oh) you know those kinds of things right.

On to the next topic is lineage magic. Lineage magic allows the user to trace thier bloodbime and summon forth the power of their ancestors.

The power can manifest in multiple different ways, they can take on the physical characteristics (think of something like turning into a warewolf), part of their memories (this is pretty hard to do and most will only get fragments at most), manifest a characterristic, manifest a spiritual manifestation or even rarer and much much harder a physical manifestation.

The strength of the summon is based on their age, position on the food chain, actually physical prowess, the user's control and a few other minor factors.
