If a civilian kills a fully mature dragon they will be executed do to possible contact with the dragon threat may have resulted in transfer of the H279 virus. Any person who is seen making contact with or injecting infected persons blood, sweat, tears, and/or any other bodily fluids will be quarantined for five days and executed if any signs of the H279 virus is shown within the span of those five days.
H279 virus - the H279 virus is a genetic altering disease that causes the host to undergo changes making them both a more suitable host for the virus and allowing for better spread of the virus. The virus can effect other animals but the chances of it taking hold are 98% less likely do to animals having a better immune system that recognizes the disease. At this time it is unknown why but the human immune system does not view the disease as a threat and therefor font purge it from the body
how it spreads – the H279 virus spreads through contact and/or ingestion of bodily fluids like blood. The virus is undetectable by chemical means so it is unclear if a patient hast it until a few hours after contact when the first mutations occur.

Equipment recommended for hunters – hunters are to where a poncho, face mask, goggles, and gloves. It is recommend to put any and all hunting equipment in a salt water solution for a week to kill of any form of genetic material that may be on it. Hunters are not to make any physical contact until they do a full body purge (to submerge fully in the military provisioned detox solution)
