One year after the small-scale invasion of The Natural Order, the citizens of Hudsonville are growing restless. The Natural Order is still knocking at the door, and the city is now occupied by the forces of Tenebris. War is all but assured. Andy Kessler, now 15-years-old, continues his slow adjustment to supernatural life. However, when a mass outbreak of kloons wipes out half the city and kidnaps his friends, the boy must take charge and dive into the abyss.  Stranded in the dark, will he manage to climb back to the light? Or will Andy's journey meet a sudden end?
