Chapter 1 - Attacked and Orphaned (Cause and Effect)

??? hollering out: "AVADA KEDAVRA!"

Well looks like death eaters are around or at least within 30 meters, since they use that curse the most and they're voices are that loud and clear, but with my information and knowledge on this world, there could be other groups that often use the killing curse.

From what I've heard so far, it looks like my guess was incorrect, as I think someone died as I hear cackling and laughter from outside. I guess I'll look through this bodies memories and see what I can.

(Another cool transition for all those people who have good imaginations, or are good at imagining fantastical visions)

So something that I can already tell just from looking at the latest memories, or more specifically memories from the last 24 hours of memory. The family I was a part of of was on the run, or the whole village was on the run from death eaters that came out of nowhere.

It also seems that today was my birthday, my eleventh birthday, quite a terrible birthday if I say so myself. I'm also hiding in the trunk of my father's enchanted car, and from the previous minute of memory from this body was that my parents were called out and so they did, but they fought back, my auror father responded by attacking the death eater.

I would say he was either an idiotic husband and father or just so passionate about his family that he would sacrifice himself since there were at about 10 death eaters around us. There originally were like a hundred death eaters and it seems like the other families are about as lucky as this one.

They decimated him, and there was basically nothing left of his body, well my personality named Len is saying that.

Then my mother, who was not a auror but just as good in magic as my father was, was also decimated. The outcomes would surely traumatize any normal child if they told that their parents were being murdered at the moment.

Well maybe not as lucky since it looks like they aren't going to check out the trunk and find me in a relaxed position while silently crying and whimpering.

A side note to keep is that the soul of the bodies I inhabit become a part of me so I inherit there feelings, thoughts, and just their entire selves. A few times I went insane due to the mind of someone I inherited and took to become a part of myself.

So I would cry as my own parents were just now executed by some death eaters and there is a possibility of them noticing me or at least something is inside the trunk as the car is shaking just bit due to my constant wriggling. That would be plain badluck for anyone I think.

I've also inherited some things like multiple personality disorder, but most of the time, those personalities are just plain toxic and try to kill me a lot so I just blocked them out. But there are sometimes a personality that is smart and can learn pretty fast or is just a genius can popup and I consider those times as lucky.

That's why I'm monologuing like this, as some of the personalities came from weird worlds so they are blind and can't see. Some personalities are like lingering spirits that are attached to me and can help me when something is in my blind spots.

Pate: 'They're flying away, I think it's okay for you to get out.'

Len: 'Wait a bit more, those guys kept one more waiting.'

Tib: 'What? Where?'

Len: 'In the tree lines, and he's looking straight at the trunk so don't move.'

See, these personalities are sometimes pretty useful, some are like family which is pretty good as I need it since sometimes I get really lonely or become depressed.

Ben: 'Aww thank you for the compliment but let's start lessons on spells, like avada kedavra. It cannot be blocked by the sheild charm which is casted by pronouncing and because I'm here, you don't have to do any movements, just point your hand to direct it. But, I wouldn't recommend using the spell as other wizards would possibly find out you violated a law and you couldn't go to hogwarts and at worst had to go to Azkaban.'

 Tib: 'You're right.'

Ben: 'Of course I'm right, I was literally the smartest and fastest learning person on my planet.'

I keep feeding into the ego of Ben on accident, sometimes I can't help it as one time I inherited the personality of a saint who healed his enemies and demons and was loved by all who could be changed. The personality of such a being was the brightest I've ever encountered, so I combined his soul with mine.

Now most of the personalities that are with me, are genuinely friends with me. It sounds pretty bad now that I think about it and say to myself, the fact that the personalities are only friends with me due to the fact of someone else's pure cheerfulness and genuine goodness.

Len: 'I can't see him anymore, but just to be sure, wait a bit more.'

Tib: 'Look, I know that your paranoia has saved us multiple times, but sometimes it just gets bad.'

Len: 'What are you implying!?'

Tib: 'Im getting out.'

Len: 'YOU IDIOTIC FUCK, THIS IS A MISTAKE!'

*CLUNK*

I popped open the trunk from the outside by floating one of my newly discovered magic threads which would be useful in learning spells through the trunk and then grabbing the handle and conventionally opening the trunk.

First it was my legs that were out, and did it feel good to be able to stretch, I didn't think my body would become like that in only a few hours. Was it because of the fear contracting my body to look smaller and easier to miss?

Then it was the rest of my body that was let free, the magically charged air was quite the breath of fresh air as I was in world were there was no magic.

My body already felt energised as it was absorbing the magically charged air like a rabid dog that was starved for a few days consuming the most delicious food ever. Another one of my personalities, well more like tightly bonded spirits, was Ghuj, who as you would expect from the name, not from a human world.

Ghuj was also apparently a woman in a man's body, weird right? But her soul or mind was trapped in the body so when I took the body, she became a part of me automatically and was infatuated by my shining personality or soul. As I monologue, I can the laughter of the rest of the family and the bashfulness of Ghuj-

*BOOM*

*Sound of a tape going in a reverse*

Tib: 'Fuck, what happened?!'

Len: 'I FUCKING TOLD YOU, and you just didn't listen at all and got yourself blasted with a killing spell, it even missed you but hit the car and you died instantly! Fucking typical, this is why my paranoia has saved us multiple times and has proven the usefulness of my paranoia many other times!'

Tib, Ben, Pate: 'shit...'

Pate: 'Hey I got advice for you, Tib. Try spreading out your magical threads, I think that could do something.'

As I did what I was told to do inside the trunk by Pate, I realised I could feel everything, see everything, hear everything, and taste everything, and even smell everything. This was going be pretty fucking useful, but only if I spread my threads far enough.

...

...

He left, he left he left he left, HE FINALLY FUCKING LEFT! That motherfucking death eater finally left, as if he knew something was in the trunk, well he probably knew if he waited a few FUCKING HOURS! But I don't think he knew whether or not what was inside the trunk was alive or not. I still don't know what that spell is that allows them fly with smoke trailing behind them, I'll just get Ben to organize the library and study magic that could deal with flight.

*CLUNK*

I may have damaged the whole car or the trunk at least as I pulled a bit too hard and there was a sound of metal bending quickly and recklessly, I still haven't gotten used to the sound of metal screeching when being bent.

Even the grass was packed full with magical energies, which I noticed as the threads were being upgraded just by wrapping around the grass. But there was a side affect of the grass withering and dying, that'd probably look really weird for someone to see.

Literally all of the organic things, or things that were natural, were filled with energy, so the forest was really colorful and really broadened my horizon with how magic interacts with the Earth. The forest was a rainbow of colors, trees were dark green, grass was bright green with a tint of light blue, like a teel, but glowing. The rocks were light grey, but sparkling with other colors, maybe that's because rocks are not just rocks, but tiny bits of other rocks.

But the withering grass and trees and rocks that crumbled around me were all losing their colors and shine, then became normal looking again, except with a few exceptions of the grass being withered and tress grey and ashy as if winter just passed by. I should probably tell Ghuj to tone down on the energy absorption in the future.

There were animals, mostly just squirrels and chipmunks, with life bounding and shining inside of them with the colors of bright red, the red was a bit weird to see on an animal but that might just be because there's blood pumping through it signifying that it's alive.

Due to my previous regulations on Ghuj's energy absorption, the animals weren't aging rapidly or dying and falling out of trees, or anything else like that. But instead they were unaffected by anything and just seemed to be afraid of the area around me as the surrounding place was dying and withering.

Time was a bit too short, but that's just because of this weak body not having enough stamina and I collapsed while calmly breathing in very deep breaths. My body was really moist and cold, it seemed it was fall so I guess it would make sense that I was shivering. I would die due to pneumonia if this continued on any longer, so of course I cheated, but it was just a bit. Like, there's no difference between someone who can be sick and someone who never gets sick, right?

...

Ok, so I made it so that I would never get sick again, well, it was impossible for me to get sick or be affected by anything related to biological warfare caused by the planet. I mean that it's pretty cool--

Len: 'Shut up...*sigh*

Tib: 'I never understood how you can sigh inside of my mind.'

Len: 'I don't know either.'
