Guildmaster,
While exploring the wilderness near Dháport, I came across a nascent dungeon, barely two rooms deep. It hasn't choosen its first monster, but there's some good traps already- two arrow traps and a spiked pit, plus a chest that collapses the room it's in.
I've started feeding it animals, in the hopes of speeding its growth, but there's only so long before someone else notices. We'll need to find somewhere close by, but not too close, if we want to take advantage. Maybe we can even convince it to make a hidden entrance, just for us? I know dungeons often become attached to their early explorers, so I might be able to influence it.

I'd like to request some help to keep this going, allong with whatever you can think of to help the dungeon's growth. Heck, we might even be able to convince it to let us build inside it if we give it something good enough- imagine being able to have a guildhall in the bottom of a dungeon? It would open so many doors.
Yours,
Bonnie
