I quickly moved away from the window. I was in shock, but I didn't want anyone to see my head as I struggled to reach the window. If someone noticed, they'd realize I had escaped from the handcuffs.
I had two options for escaping: the door or the window. When I looked out of the window, I realized I was on an upper floor. There was only one option left. During the day, hospital staff were everywhere, so I couldn't escape before the hospital closed. But when it did, the killer roamed the hospital.
There was no clock in my room, but I knew the nurse would come for a check soon. As I walked towards the bed, making sure not to give away that I had escaped from the handcuffs, I heard a sound from outside.
"AARGHH!"
Someone had probably jumped out of the window. Farming the hospital used to be a thing with "picklock" and "lesser heal," but starting on the 4th or 5th floor made it really difficult.
Then I noticed an old drawer with rusty metal plates. It was big enough for me to fit in. After adjusting my bed to make it look like I wasn't there, I slowly opened the bottom drawer to avoid making any noise.
Inside, there were three slightly dull gold coins with skull motifs. I tried to pick them up, but I felt nothing in my hand. Before I could ponder this, I heard footsteps outside.
I had to get inside the drawer. I positioned my bottom in the center and then slowly extended myself, but my feet didn't fit, so I had to bend my knees. I gradually moved myself to the other side of the drawer, all while painfully contorting my body.
I tried to push the drawer shut, but I couldn't stop it from opening. As the middle drawer opened, it made a noise, and I was too scared to move. The door-opening noise then came. I was frozen, and my heart was pounding.
"Pat! Pat!" My heart raced as I heard the nurse's footsteps. I didn't dare make a sound, and my ears were ringing. The nurse hadn't left my room, and she had come to open the cabinet next to me. I didn't think, and I just froze in place.
"Why does this room stink so much?" The nurse left my room.
...
I was in the dark for a long time. My back, the back of my head, and my bent knees ached. It was going to be a long night, and initially, I didn't want to sleep, but it was a way to make this suspenseful time pass.

I had been unable to sleep for a long time, and my body ached, making the wait even more agonizing. During this time, I had been listening to the sounds outside. Perhaps the poor insulation of the hospital was a good thing.
I had heard the footsteps of someone running, and shortly after, I heard the footsteps of another person running. It was probably nighttime, and someone was chasing another.
I couldn't say what time it was now, but it had been a long while since I heard those running footsteps. Then I heard the sound of the door opening, and my heart began to race - "Pat, Pat."
My breathing quickened, and I forced myself to remain silent. It seemed like an eternity that the nurse remained in the room. The other possibility was that she had left the door open.
Slowly, the top drawer began to open. I swallowed nervously, and I pressed my hands against the top of the drawer to prevent it from opening. Then the sound of the middle drawer opening came. I was sweating, my mind was frozen, and I had no idea what to do.
When it was my drawer's turn, I pushed with all the strength I could muster. However, I couldn't stop the drawer from opening. What I saw was a young woman with black hair. Her face was sweaty, and her mouth was slightly open. We stared at each other for a moment.
I was frozen with fear, and I couldn't move a muscle. I assumed she was experiencing the same, but then I slowly started to close the drawer, and she didn't stop me. I was scared, I was crying, and I thought I was going to die.
My heart was pounding - "Pat, Pat." I started to hear footsteps, and when the door to my room opened, the woman started screaming at the top of her lungs. I was terrified, so I covered my ears, but her screams grew more and more intense.
I was crying, and my hands were still over my ears.

I began to slowly open the drawer, each movement causing pain in my body.
I slowly lifted my head and looked towards the corner of the room.
Despite the dawn, it was completely dark.
In the corner of the room, there was a pool of blood, and bloodstains were splattered on the furniture and all around, dried and dark. My eyes were lifeless, my face contorted in a terrible expression, and I couldn't cry.

+Hidden from the Killer (Perk) (Receive a bonus to remain hidden from the Killer by any means until the Killer discovers you) (The Killer had no idea that a survivor like this existed in this round)
I found myself sitting on the grass in front of the hospital. Slowly, I got up, limping from the pain. I looked around. It seemed like no one had managed to survive until dawn. Perhaps the person who initially jumped had escaped. I started walking slowly towards the safe zone.
