Cain Able is new to the Darlum police force. He never wanted to fight crime or anything. Just hand out a ticket or two, maybe stop a jay walker, but when a serial killer's colorful murders begin to get out of hand. The mayor only has one man for the job, Harold Gosbi. Too bad he's a nut with a criminal record. A nut that only trusts one person to keep an eye on him. Now yanked into a murder case, cain has to try his best to keep Harold under control all the while doing his best to find the real killer.
