Hino was feeling slightly nervous
“I can’t believe it’s my wedding day I hope it goes well”
“of course it’ll go well you’re my daughter, when I marred your father I felt like you but when we were standing hand in hand the nervousness disappeared and was replaced with butterflies it was the happiest moment off my life other than giving birth to my children”
Hino and Hisae were currently in her room getting ready for the wedding, Hiroki and Hira were outside doing the final preparations,
“no no no she needs more flowers” Hira was telling Hiroki
“but she already has plenty, why do we need more for” Hiroki complained
“because I’m a girl I know what Hino wants so I say she needs more flowers” she had her arms cross looking smug
“fine fine you win well get more flowers” Hiroki was feeling defeated but when he saw Hira’s radiant smile he couldn’t help but laugh he picked Hira up put her on her shoulder and they went to get more flowers. Hiro was really into the wedding thing so he and his father were out hunting for food for the dinner
“lil greeny you go out and scout ahead come back when you find something”
Lil greeny flew off into the distance, he was no longer in sight
“I can’t wait until he’s a few years older so I can fly in the sky with him”
Hiro was longing to be in the sky, to feel the wind flowing through his hair again to be so high above the world like a God looking down at the world he missed the feeling of being on greeny’s back, Hiroshi was up ahead trying to find a beast track, lil greeny flew back to Hiro got his attention then went off Hiroshi was following the trail of a were bear not to far away, as Hiro got closer he could hear rustling he checked his sword at his waist, pulled out his bow notched an arrow an got ready, lil greeny was waiting for his signal, he slowly crept up saw some deer and got ready to shoot ‘whoosh’ the arrow flew straight into a deer’s head killing it instantly, lil greeny had flew down and broke the neck of another, so there they were one boy and his beast killing deer, after killing 9 deer all together he whistled out to black beauty to come, as he waited he recollected his arrows checked the surrounding area for more traces. A few minutes later black beauty appeared out from behind a bush with a carriage behind her, he threw the deer onto the back gave her a drink of water, lil greeny went off to give Hiroshi a hand
“mmmm it should be around here somewhere I can smell it”
Hiroshi was getting closer to his target, he slowed his breathing walked much slower got his bow ready took aim and fired, ‘whoosh’ 3 arrows were let loose hitting the were-bear 2 times in the chest once in the head roar with a mighty roar it breathed it’s last breath then died, Hiroshi got excited
“hahaha that’ll do nicely for my daughters wedding the whole village will love it”
As he was celebrating he heard lil greeny squawk as he turned his head to look at him something caught the corner of his eye he dodged out of the way pulled his sword out and thrust it in front of him
“how could I be so careless not noticing storm wolf tracks”
What stood in front of him was a storm wolf the size of a horse, the two stood there staring at each other neither giving in, ‘swoosh’ lil greeny attacked the eyes forcing it to close it eyes, seeing his chance Hiroshi slashed at the neck, the beast moved out of the way and slashed at his chest causing a claw mark on it Hiroshi grabbed at his chest clenched his teeth he slashed at it again, the two were battling each other with lil greeny helping out every now an then, after a long battle both weary and bloody the storm wolf pounced on Hiroshi, with the last of his strength he lifted the sword up stabbing other straight through the heart

“he he he he phew that was a long battle stupid storm wolf, what’s Hisae gonna say now when she sees me bloody:
Wiping the blood of his forehead he stabbed at the storm wolf one more time, he sat down on top of the were-bear catching his breath he didn’t notice that their were a pair of eyes staring at him from behind ‘whoosh whoosh whoosh’ sounds went flying past his head he looked straight up and saw Hiro standing there with his bow in hand, he looked behind him an saw a storm wolf hit the ground
“haha father weren’t you the one who taught me to always keep my eyes on the surrounding area when I hunt”
“phew Hiro you really saved my hide there, my lil hunter 2 and a half years old and already saving your old man’s life, how could we get so lucky to have a son like you”
“haha come here lil greeny”
Lil greeny flew down onto Hiro’s arm, the pair threw the 2 storm wolves onto the carriage while Hiroshi carried the were-bear, they made there way back to the village, the village was loud as you could hear the noise from the outskirts, they went back to the house skinned the beasts and prepared the meat, on special occasions it was the men in the village who prepared and cooked the meat every other day the ladies cooked
“you look very beautiful Hino, Hitachi is gonna be a lucky man”
“thank you Hiro, I know he’s a lucky man an I’m a lucky woman for falling in love with him” she blushed
“come on now Hiro don’t disturb us go see what your sister and brother are doing”
“OK but you do look beautiful Hino an so do you mother”
“hahaha get out now hiro” They both laughed, he made his way outside to see if he could help
“no Hiro I don’t need your help me an Hiroki have it under control, go see if Hitachi needs a hand”
Hiro made his way to Hitachi’s house
“hey Hitachi you have anything I could help you with”
“hey Hiro if you want to help you can carry the bread to the centre of the village for me, theirs a few extra cakes for you as payment”
“OK thanks Hitachi I’ll see you later on at the wedding”
Hiro made his way to the centre of the village with the bread said hello to a few of his friends , handed out some of the spare cakes to them because he doesn’t really eat sweet food, he jumped up on to the highest building that was there sat down and watched, he saw the kids running around, the oldies were telling stories to the children that would listen, the boys of age were working up their courage to ask the girls out with little success, he saw all this from his perch with lil greeny by his side, black beauty tried with all her might to come up as well but she was to big, she pouted then went to find snow and them
“the family I have now the friends I’ve made I’m glad to be here and I’m glad I was reborn, if the old man could see me now I’m sure he would be jealous of what I have”
The whole village was gathered around in the centre, Hitachi and Hino were up front with Hisae and Hiroshi and his parents beside them, the old priest was joining them together. The whole village celebrated, this was the happiest time of Hino’s life she loved Hitachi with all her heart. The celebrations continued throughout the night continuing through into the next day. Hiro was enjoying this as well he would never forget this feeling and this moment no matter what.
Hino and Hitachi were in there marital home, Hitachi had built it with his own two hands. He would work on it from dusk till the moon was up. Hino would bring him food throughout the day. He built it with the trees from the outskirts. They were massive 20 metres tall and 3 men's waists wide. He cut them with his bread knife, his bread knife was the length of his forearm with a curved blade, the cuts were clean and precise, one had to know that he has been using this blade since he was able to walk, he used it like an extension of his arm.
Hiroshi and Hiroki offered to help build it as well but Hitachi declined
"I have to build it with my own two hands to prove that I am worthy of your daughters hand in marriage, if I cannot even provide her a home how can she provide me a family, sorry but I need to do this myself"
"Hahaha you'll make a fine son in law, I'm proud that you are marrying my daughter"
"You'll make my sister a happy woman Hitachi"
The pair were happy that Hino found a man worthy of her. Hino and Hitachi spent the night copulating their marriage. The rest of her family were at home laying in bed with smiles on their face. What they didn't know was that this happiness wouldn't last forever, a weeks ride away there was destruction and carnage. 1000 men were making there way towards the small village, wherever they went villages were ruined and lives taken, mothers and daughters were taken, fathers and sons killed they had no idea what was heading there way.
