Ch24- Experience Points, Give Me All of Them!

"Is this your trump card that can kill them...?"

Yang Yi raised his right fist and, almost instinctively, licked the blood from the back of his hand. But he quickly put his hand down, suppressing the primal urge.

"I am a human, not an animal. I can't let my alienated instincts control me," he muttered, fighting the overwhelming urge in his mind.

He let out a hoarse breath, standing at the edge of the pit, looking down at Yogan.

"I admit that I'm not your opponent," came Yogan's voice from the depths of the pit, his words filled with resignation.

"Oh? Have you accepted your fate?" Yang Yi taunted, his eyes narrowing with amusement as he peered down.

Yogan's gaze met his, and there was no fear in the boy's eyes—only a cold, maddening intensity. His expression remained stoic, devoid of any sadness or joy, just madness.

Yogan slowly squatted down, supporting his head with one hand, and the shadow cast over him seemed to deepen his brooding silence.

Yang Yi grinned. "What? Want to give it one last try?"

The playful tone was gone as Yang Yi's body, made of hardened muscle, suddenly lunged upward with terrifying speed. The blood-colored lines on his arms pulsed, and his fists came down with the force of mountains ready to split.

The rancid scent of blood filled the air, assaulting Yogan's senses, making his stomach churn. But Yogan remained undeterred.

"Panel! Add to me!" Yogan commanded, his voice cold and determined. His hands came together, and the energy of the heavens and earth, stored in the light spot on his right fist, rushed to his left palm with an explosive force.

Simultaneously, his remaining 390 experience points surged into the martial arts column, as if they were being released without hesitation.

Suddenly, the [Palm Yin and Yang (10%)] skill shot up to [Palm Yin and Yang (100%)].

The thin energy of the heavens and earth gathered around Yogan's palms, condensing into a dark light mark on his left palm. It was cold, deep, and strangely powerful. The black mark intensified, growing into a vortex that devoured all the blood and energy left in Yogan's body.

Yang Yi's eyes narrowed, sensing the violent fluctuations of power emanating from Yogan. His fists became even faster, but it was already too late.

"Huh!" Yogan exhaled a breath of foul air, his eyes wide with insanity. His palms, now brimming with newfound power, surged upward in a single, violent motion.

"Level 3 martial arts – Palm Yin and Yang!"

When the two palms collided, Yang Yi instantly felt the clash of two entirely different auras. One was fiery and aggressive, the other cold and impenetrable.

The combination of these two powers caused Yang Yi's heart to contract. The energy coursing through his veins sparked and glowed red. The intensity of the attack left him stunned for a split second.

With the 100% level of Palm Yin and Yang, and the cellular respiration boosting Yogan's power, he was capable of a force he could hardly comprehend. Yang Yi was blasted out of the pit with the force of a cannonball.

The earth around them trembled as the pit's edges collapsed, widening the hole by several meters. Yogan lay at the bottom, his body sore and aching. His arms felt as though they were broken, and every muscle screamed in pain.

Despite the agony, Yogan bared his teeth and glanced at the panel. His pupils dilated in shock as he realized the situation.

"You're not dead yet?" Yang Yi's voice rumbled from above, the heavy sound of his footsteps approaching.

Yogan could hear the enormous weight of the bull-headed mutant as it approached. "Boy, I've changed my mind..." Yang Yi's voice was now thick with malice. "I'm going to break your bones one by one, and then I'll let you watch as I devour you..."

The vibrations from the footsteps stopped right at the edge of the pit, and a massive, blood-red figure loomed over Yogan.

Yogan could see a creature that was part man, part bull, with horns jutting out from its forehead, glistening with cold light. Its entire body was drenched in a dark, blood-like aura.

The creature's eyes glinted with cruelty as it bent down, its gaze filled with a hunger for destruction.

Yogan's breath was labored as he covered his chest, coughing lightly. His body was beginning to deteriorate from the intense strain, but he could feel something stirring within him. He closed his eyes, and all the light spots hidden within his body began to glow.

The extra experience points from the panel flowed into him like a torrent, filling him with power.

Once his Palm Yin and Yang reached 100%, the skill began to rise again!

150%!

200%!

The force from the light spots surged, and Yogan's body visibly withered as his skin sunk in, his limbs shriveled, and his stomach caved in. But despite his physical deterioration, his eyes grew brighter, more focused.

Yang Yi jumped down into the pit, landing in front of Yogan with a cruel smile.

"You ruined my mutation, my years of planning... Eating you alive won't even begin to satisfy my rage," he growled.

Yogan slowly rose, his body now resembling a withered tree root, standing tall despite his weakened form. The light mark between his palms had disappeared, replaced by shimmering silver spots.

The silver light surged and crackled with power, cold and dazzling, radiating from his palms like thunder.

Zila! The sound of energy crackling echoed in the air as silver lightning surged around Yogan's body.

Swish!

Yogan moved like a ghost, his figure almost imperceptible. The lightning danced across his arms, electrifying the air with every movement.

Yang Yi roared in disbelief, "What the hell are you? Even weirder than me!"

Before Yang Yi could react, the lightning crashed into his face, and Yogan's hands locked onto the bull man's horns. With a mighty roar, Yogan twisted, snapping the two massive horns in his grip.

"Ah!" The bull man's painful cry reverberated through the ruins. His body jerked in agony, and the once-dominant figure was now rendered helpless by the brutal force of the attack.

Yogan's body moved faster than the eye could follow, appearing in front of the bull man in an instant. With a burst of strength, Yogan lifted the bull man by the shoulders and hurled him back, sending the massive creature crashing into the earth with a thunderous crash.

The bull man, paralyzed and scorched by the lightning, lay still, his blood-colored lines fading to a dim glow.

Without hesitation, Yogan pressed his legs onto the bull man's shoulders, pinning him down. He raised his arms high above his head, lightning swirling in his palms, and with a fierce cry, he drove the energy into the bull man's throat.

The lightning spear pierced through the bull man's skin with devastating force, cutting through his thick neck and sending a final jolt of energy that shattered his body from the inside.

The ruins fell silent, save for the crackling energy in the air.

Yogan stood over the fallen beast, his breath shallow but steady, his body still aching from the toll the battle had taken on him. The silver light in his palms faded, but the power he had unlocked remained within him, ready to be unleashed again.
