To those of you that made it to the end. Nice work! And thanks! I agonized over the ending. I had several different versions but eventually settled on that one for better or worse. It's my first book, I started writing high on painkillers when I had a knee injury then I found I couldn't stop. It's a long learning process that I am just starting on and hopefully showing vague signs of improvement. My enthusiasm for writing seems to have turned into an out-of-control monster and my second book has just been released. Dreams of Sun is a stand-alone story but lives in the same Universe as Hemi. Lago is back, bigger and badder than ever. It's available at the usual places, Amazon and Smashwords and I will start posting chapters here on Royal Road next week. I am useless at promoting my writing, terrified of social media so posting on Royal Road has been an excellent exercise. Any attention, good or bad reviews are welcomed. Here is a teaser from Dreams of Sun. Cheers!

The invisible woman padded silently around the table and studied each one of them. Ava knows these people. She has researched them. Being this close, she can visit their minds without them knowing. She can smell their thoughts like a bubbling sulphuric swamp. She doesn’t want to understand them, she feels dirty and corrupted just by being in the same room. They are rich, perverted, devious, maybe even evil. Maybe it's an addiction, or an affliction. Maybe they need help. Well, she can help them. Her hand goes to the Ebomb strapped to her belt, but she decides not to use it yet.
