Hunt 1: A new Vampire

As Alucard awoke in the modern age, he noticed two women in front of him, one smelled like his master, the other smelled like prey...

"Are you my Master..?", He coughed.

"Yes, and I have provided Yuki here as an offering, she was prepared for this so please don't worry about her unwillingness." The woman with blonde hair said.

The girl of japanese descent then offered her neck to Alucard, and in response, Alucard lunged at the girl and drained her of her blood.

He licked the excess blood off his lips, and looked at his master.

"What is your name, master?"

"Calliopeia Hellsing"

Alucard looked over her, "My name is Alucard, I'm sure you already know, but I'm the Vampire servant of the Hellsing family."

"Well Alucard, I also made sure Yuki was a virgin so she would be turned into a vampire, as it's the year 2023 and you'll need an informant on modern human behavior." Calliopeia explained.

Alucard thought, and said, "Very well, master. Now, shall we go and have some fun?"

"Of course, Alucard."

It was a dark and stormy night in New York City. and Calliopeia stared at the unconscious vampire girl in front of her.

'I can't believe she actually went through with it, the crazy bitch.' Calliopeia thought.

Yuki opened her eyes and began to look around.

"Callie-san, what happened?"

"Well, let's just say you won't be seeing the sun anytime soon, you're now a vampire." Calliopeia said.

"it worked!? I'm so happy! I can finally be of use to you." Yuki exclaimed.

"Yeah, yeah, that's nice and all, but you have to feed on humans now."

"Feed on humans..?"

"Yes, Yuki, you have to drink blood from humans.

"Oh... that's fine, I know what I signed up for, I'm prepared to pay the price." Yuki said.

"Well you report to Alucard now, he will tell you your mission." Calliopeia replied.

As Yuki left the room, Calliopeia pondered her family's past.

'Why did that crazy fool of an uncle decide to invest in that con artist, now we're broke and Mother had to relocate all of our operations to america to avoid losing everything.' She thought.

Calliopeia sat back in her chair, and began to think of her childhood.

She remembered the first time her mother told her of her family's secret, when she was eight years old. The Hellsing family worked with a vampire to kill vampires, and everyone including her aren't proud of it.

Her mother then revealed a family secret, she had been a vampire for nearly two decades, and she wanted her daughter to become one as well.

At the time, Calliopeia's mother had a very close relationship with her, and Calliopeia had never been told about her mother's turning, but because of her mother being a vampire married into the hellsing family, Calliopeia was born a Half-Vampire, she can gain energy from blood and sunburns easier, but she can't shapeshift or summon familiars like true vampires.

Calliopeia's father was human, but when her mother left, he began to treat her very harshly.

After her father died, she was raised by the staff of the Hellsing manor until she was 13, and then her mother came back. Her mother claimed the Hellsing family for herself and placed Calliopeia on a pedestal, claiming that Callie was the future.

When her mother became ill, Calliopeia had taken up the mantle and become the new Hellsing.

When Calliopeia snapped back into reality, she looked out the window to see, not her reflection, but the face of the Hellsing family butler.

"Calliopeia, your mother is calling for you." The butler said.

"Okay, thank you. I'll be down shortly." Calliopeia responded.

She got out of her chair, and made her way down to her mother's bedroom.

She walked through the large door to see her mother in her bed.

"You called, mother?" Calliopeia asked.

Stolen novel; please report.

"Yes, I just want to talk to you, dear."

"What about?"

"Well, since you're the last Hellsing, the duty of continuing the line has fallen on you."

"Mother, please, not this again..."

"Yes, Calliopeia, you're going to be a mother someday, and I won't accept anything less than an heir."

"Mother, I like Girls not men."

"Doesn't matter, Just adopt and turn the child, problem solved."

"Mother, adoption is hard enough, let alone finding a baby."

"Calliopeia, you have to. The world needs the Hellsings to continue fighting."

"I know, I just wish it wasn't on my shoulders, I'm not ready."

"Well, I hope you find someone. But I'm afraid my time is running short."

"I'm sorry, Mother. I didn't mean to make you upset."

"No, no, it's alright. I should have never Married your father, his silly idea are what caused this accursed Illness to form."

"Well, I better get back, goodnight."

"Goodnight, dear."

Calliopeia then closed the door, and returned to her room.

When she was inside, she laid down on her bed.

"Dammit, I just can't keep lying to myself, can I? It's not going to work, no one will ever love me. My family is a disgrace, and there is no future." Calliopeia thought aloud.

Calliopeia began to tear up, and sobbed, 'Why, why do I have to feel like this?'

Suddenly, the door opened, and Yuki walked in.

"What's wrong, Callie-san?"

"Nothing, it's nothing."

"It doesn't seem like nothing."

"I said it's nothing, leave."

"Not until you tell me."

"Fine, it's... It's because I'm not interested in men, I'm gay. Happy now?"

"Callie-san... It's alright, you'll find someone."

"No, I won't, and even if I do, I won't fall for them."

"I know how you feel, Callie-san. You can't help who you are attracted to, it just happens."

"Thanks, Yuki. That means a lot."

"Well, I should probably get to sleep, Goodnight, Callie-san."

"Goodnight, Yuki."

Yuki walked out of the room, and Calliopeia sighed. Even the supremely gorgeous Yuki didn't elicit any attraction, however she knew she was a Lesbian as to her female blood tasted sweeter, and a person's blood preference was influenced by their sexuality.

"Maybe tomorrow will be better."

"Yuki, what's your report?"

"The targets are all dead."

"Good, return to base, we'll regroup and prepare for the next strike."

"Alright, Calliopeia."

Yuki and Calliopeia both had the same goal, the complete eradication of vampires from the planet.

In the 2000s, a vampire known only as the Count rose to power and enslaved most of America. It was now the goal of the new, Hellsing Corporation, a fusion of the Hellsing family, Iscariot, and the Methodist group from America, Wesley's Angels.

Calliopeia's mother had funded the group, a militant branch of the Church dedicated to eliminating all evil from the earth, and in a deal with the Vatican, they were allowed to use the Hellsing family's name and logo.

This was a decision the Hellsing family has yet to forgive her mother for, as their name had been associated with an organization that was more of a cult than an anti-vampire military force.

Now, under the guidance of Calliopeia and Yuki, the Helsing Corporation was growing in size, with Vampire who wished for safety and new human resistance groups all joining the group.

However, there were problems.

A few members of the corporation had split off and formed their own, separate force known as "The New Crusaders" a group which had a very loose affiliation with the original Hellsing Organization.

The second problem was the fact that a few rogue vampires had gathered a following, and had started a rebellion against the humans and the Hellsing Corporation.

Calliopeia and her forces had tracked them down to the ruins of a town that was destroyed by the Count, and was planning an attack.

"Alright, Yuki, your objective is to eliminate the rebels, but leave their leader alive."

"Got it."

"And remember, if the enemy gets a hold of the weapons we're using, it will be the end."

"I understand."

"Now go."

Yuki leapt away, and Calliopeia waited.

The sound of gunfire filled the air, and then stopped.

Calliopeia smiled.

Then, Yuki landed next to her.

"I did as ordered."

"Good, did anyone get a hold of the weapons?"

"No, ma'am."

"Great, let's return to the base, and begin preparing for the main assault."

"Yes, ma'am."

As the two headed back, the rebel leader stepped forward.

"You may have won this battle, but the war is far from over, Calliopeia. Soon, my followers will rise up and defeat you."

"We'll see, Vlad."

Calliopeia smirked.

"What are you so happy about?"

"I'm just happy that my plan worked."

"What are you talking about?"

"Oh, nothing."

"I swear, one day, I will defeat you."

"Whatever."

Calliopeia turned her back to Vlad and continued her walk back.

"One day, I will defeat you."

"We'll see."

As Calliopeia walked away, Vlad turned to his second in command, a woman named Anastasia.

"Anastasia, you are in charge now. Make sure the rest of our forces stay hidden."

"Understood."

"Once the dust has settled, we'll strike, and we'll make sure they regret their attack."

"As you wish."

Vlad smiled and disappeared into the shadows.

'Soon, I'll be able to rule the world, and no one can stop me.'

Calliopeia smiled.

'My plan worked.'

Meanwhile, the rest of the Hellsing corporation was preparing for the final assault.

Calliopeia stepped up onto the stage and looked at her troops.

"Today is the day. We have faced many challenges and overcome them all. Now, we must put an end to this war once and for all. Are you with me?"

"Yes!"

"Let's make this a victory for humanity. For peace."

"For peace."

"Now, let's show those vampires what it means to fight us."

The troops cheered, and Calliopeia stepped off the stage.

'Today is the day. Today, we will end this war, once and for all.'

Calliopeia and her team were preparing their gear for the mission.

"Are you sure you can handle this, Callie-san?" Yuki asked.

"Of course. We have trained long and hard for this."

"But you are the commander of the corporation. I would hate to lose you."

"You won't. I promise."

"Alright, if you say so."

From a distance, a certain rebel's second-in-command was listening to Calliopeia's speech, and due to the passive aura of charisma around Calliopeia, Anastasia quickly fell in love with the Half-blood.

'If only she were a Full-blood, she'd be perfect. No, she's still perfect, I can't let her die, no matter what.'
