[ Hey, can I get a cappuccino?]

A tall young man said in a tea shop. He was reading a novel, in the midst of other people seated, mostly workers, who were also there for tea.

He looked like a college student with black hair and black eyes. His glasses hid his handsome face and masculinity . His name was Alucio. He was expecting a friend but nobody arrived yet, so he waited some more.

Waitress [ What kind, sir?]

Alucio [ Any kind please.]

The waitress left to get the tea. Just as soon as the waitress left, Alucio’s friend walked in. He waved at Alucio. Alucio waved back. The friend, whose name was Leno, wore a yellow hooded jacket and had orange hair.

Leno [ Sorry, I had a date early and I was late cause of that, sorry.]

The waitress came over with the tea.

Alucio [ Well, I don’t care, I’m just here to hand you the assignment.]

The public television caught the attention of everyone. It was the daily news. It was a broadcast on the recent attacks of the “abnormal.”

[ We are interrupting this channel for breaking news. The “abnormal” have struck again, this time causing an explosion in one of the universities in the capital. 250 students injured and 4560 killed. The strange thing is that the adnormal ones were found dead with holes and without hearts after the incident. The police are currently in a tight spot following the incidents that have happened this week.]

Leno [ Yeesh, these things are super scary don’t you think?]

Alucio took a sip of the beverage handed to him earlier.

Alucio [ To be honest, it doesn’t matter. As long as it doesn’t harm or affect me, I have no problem with it.]

Leno [ Man, you’re a bastard. And the school that was attacked was our college, you know. That means no school for a week.]

He smiles.

Alucio [ We’re both bastards. Our school was destroyed and most of our colleagues have been killed, and were acting like it’s a normal thing.]

Leno [ Forget that, so no more homework then.]

Alucio [ Yeah I guess. So that means I’ll be leaving now.]

Leno [ Yeah, so shall I tag along with you?]

Alucio gets up and leaves some cash on the table. He picks up his bag.

Alucio [ Do what you want.]

Leno [ Man, would it kill you to at least show some emotion.]

Alucio makes a sarcastic smile. Leno smiles back.

Leno [ That’s more like it, you see.]

They both walk out of the shop the same time. Leno tags along with Alucio.

Alucio [ Are you going to keep following me?]

Leno [ Of course. I mean what are friends for?]

Alucio just sighs and keeps walking.Alucio walks into an alley. Leno follows him.

Leno [ Wow, uhm creepy looking place you walk to man. Do you pass here everyday to get to your apartment?]

Alucio drops his bag on the floor. He takes off his glasses.

Alucio [ Now, we’re alone. So, be honest with me.]

Leno [ W…what’re you talking about?]

He sighs and looks at Leno. He walks closer to him.

Alucio [ How long do you intend on hiding it?]

Leno moves back a bit. He starts to sweat.

Leno [ Hey, this isn’t funny. What’s wrong with you?]

Alucio appears before him in an instant. Leno scoffs and then smiles.

Leno [ Now you show yourself. You’re no longer Alucio, are you?.]

Alucio twists his head to the side looking confused.

Alucio [ Oh but I’m the same person. You might say I have different personalities.]

Leno [ Tell me. Are you the one who killed those other ones?]

Alucio [ I didn’t kill them, but I have an idea on who did.]

Leno [ Oh, do you now? So what’s gonna happen now? Do we fight or do we talk?]

Alucio [ Come on, is that a question now?]

Leno [ You can’t beat me. You’ve been weakened ever since. I can feel the reduction in power.]

He says while smiling.

Alucio [ Yeah I might’ve been weakened a bit, but it’s still enough to destroy you and this whole area.]

Leno [ Oh, but you wouldn’t do that. Don’t you care about human lives?]

Alucio’s hair slowly turns white. His voice become deeper and menacing. His eyes turn red. It’s like he’s transformed into a superhero from a comic book.

Alucio 2 [ If I cared about that, I won’t be willing to kill you now, would I?]
