"Wake up!" (Female Voice)

A young man with a scruffy face and and unkempt appearance slowly awoke to the voice of the female.

"If you don't wake up, I swear to God that I'll punch you so hard you'd want to die." (Female Voice)

Wallace quickly got up as to see who was making all the noise. As he sat up, his vision that was somewhat blurry started to clear up.

In front of him was a young woman with round, brown eyes. She had short, blonde hair that curled towards her chin as it neared its end and her lips, small and peach colored. Wind blew toward his face and the fragrance of strawberries invaded his nose.

'Who is this pretty girl?'

Wallace looked dumbstruck as he stared at her. He had never seen a girl like her before. Drool started to drip out of his mouth as his jaw drooped for quite a long time.

"Hey! What are you looking at me like that for? Get up now! We need to get out of here." (Female Voice)

Wallace shut his mouth and wiped the drool off the corner of his mouth. Then it hit him.

'Who am I? Why does this girl know my name and I don't? Where is this place anyway?'

Wallace became puzzled. How did this girl know his name when he himself didn't. Perhaps they knew each other he thought. Wallace started to look around his surroundings and was shocked at what he saw. Rubble was everywhere and a couple of bodies sprawled the floor. It wasn't known if they were still breathing or not but Wallace didn't want to find out. Wallace started to vomit when he saw a couple of bodies that were dismembered. This was too much for him to handle since he was somewhat squeamish.

"Hey! Stop vomiting and start running! The building is going to collapse any moment now!" (Female Voice)

Wallace quickly wiped his mouth with his sleeve and was suddenly pulled by the young woman by his free arm.

He staggered as he ran, trying to catch up to the young woman's speed. The ground started to shake and rubble fell down from the ceiling.

The young woman started to pull even more as she was gaining more speed.

'Damn, what is this woman made of. How can she run with those heels...,' Wallace commented in his mind.

Wallace started to quicken his pace as to catch up to the young woman but as they were running the ground started to shake even more.

Both of them lost their balance and fell face first. Wallace was lucky since he was running behind the young woman and fell face first on her bottom. His face was planted between two mounds that could suffocate a person. He tried getting up but his face hit the ground as the young woman stood up quickly. She pulled Wallace's arm again and started dragging him.

"Get up already! We have no time to dilly-dally!" (Female Voice)

Wallace stood up and started to run like a maniac since the ground started to shake even more. Seeing the exit of the building, Wallace and the young woman's face couldn't help but reveal relieved smiles as opposed to the panic stricken faces they had before.

Wallace became over-joyed as he started to run even faster towards the exit. As he pushed the exit doors, his face couldn't help but twist in anguish when he saw what was in front of him.
