Chapter 1: Ethera

In the beginning, before time and thought, there lay nothing, a blank void devoid of any realms or movement. Nothingness in its purest form, not minds to judge or name its presence. A gold orb emerged, two entering the void. the first stars of life within the void

. They had come from another space, their realm and all the ones connected a seprate side of a coin unflipped until now. Their mother and father, Ezalis and Cathulis, had tasked them with a mission  to conquer the unknowns of the void, as they once did in their  space billions of years ago. Agnasha and Chithalis brought with them powers to create not in the way modern terms think of it, but instead a far deeper art that steamed from far before their time.

An art called Symbical, a synchronized weaving of the fibers of space, which their minds became one with the void, empty and free of thought. It was not their minds who wove the threads, but the energy within themselves, Actliva, the essence. As they grew stronger, Agnasha and Chithalis were able to forge fabrics of space, though they had yet to find a way to create with them. Forging  a realm from fabrics of space required more than just a seamstress or master tailor. To forge a realm is to create life, which is no easy task even for two as strong as Agnasha and Chithalis. They would have to look deeper than knowledge can see, find the heart of Syvina so they could feel through its pulse, minds one with its mind. Such a task came with risk, as all unknowns do, and not guarantee they would survive such raw and unruly powers. They still chose the task though, minds ready to face the unknowns of what was to come.

Agnasha and Chithalis aligned with each other, letting go of all thought and emotion attached to their task. As their minds cleared their minds merged as one, bodies fusing to become a single star, light increasing until all they could see was white. A gold ball pulsed at its center, sending ripples of gold through the white. Agnasha and Chithalis felt its presence within their mind, pulling them in as the ball grew in size, encasing their light in gold dust.

Agnasha and Chithalis reached towards the dust, white connecting to each gold particle. The dust glowed, light pulsing as it pressed against the white like a heart within its vessel. The gold turned to yellow as it merged with the white, forming orbs that twinkled like stars in the night sky. Agnasha and Chithalis felt a warmth flow through their veins, minds one with the energy of each orb. They could feel it’s heart, yet could not touch it. The gold brightened, blinding their minds as they climbed their way through the orb’s body, desperately trying to grasp hold of something taggable so they could see. A throbbing pulse filled the air around them, light weighing down like jaws upon tender flesh. This power was unlike any their minds had ever seen, destructive yet passive, millions of feelings and thoughts swirling within its gold, releasing with winds stronger than the hottest flames..Each particle of light had its own heartbeat and pulse, as though each one were living as separate beings within one, energy connected by the same fibers they had learned to weave and meld.

They drew their focus to each pulse, minds reaching for a connection to them. Their knowledge ran thin as Agnasha and Chithalis tried to connect with the life they felt within the gold dust. It grew brighter, pulse echoing through the space around them, each frequency slightly different than the rest.

Agnasha and Chithalis listened to these pulses, vibrations echoing off their mind, calling to them in a form they had never heard before. Language, a parimiteve form even from primal’s start6 of it. Noise played at just the right tone to create a pattern to generate curiosity, and with curiosity the yearning to know. Agnasha and Chithalis wanted so badly to know their sacred tongue, minds memorizing each pulse as it passed, slowly building repetitions to forge sets which curled over and over within them. Something within them began to grow as their minds fit each set together, pressing against every fiber within their bodies, until alast it burst, sending a blast through the gold. The pulses stopped, gold turning to white, then back to gold again. Had they done it? Had they spoken the sacred tongue?

Agnasha and Chithalis paused for a moment, minds unsure how to react to this unknown force awaken within them. They drew upon the sets they found, releasing another pulse, this time in a more controlled fashion. The gold glowed brighter, sending a different pulse back. Agnasha and Chithalis tried again, this time with a different frequency. The gold replied with another vibration, and thus the symphony’s dance began. Agnasha and Chithalis sent out first two, than four, than several at once, the gold replying to each one in a serenade of gentle blasts. It drew in closer, forming an orb around Agnasha and Chithalis, light filling the air to form one mass amongst the many.

They had found one of many keys to life, the sacred tongue spoken by the orchestra, the conductor's mastery placed upon them as the performance took to its second part. Strands began to form, reaching towards Agnasha and Chithalis as they wove their way around them, forging the womb within which their rebirth would come. Life it its pure is nothing to fear, even in its simple complexities. All that is needed is to know it’s dance and make it sing, and in this moment, it will be born. Agnasha and Chithalis felt their minds merge with the minds of the glow, bodies turning to dust as their particles became a part of the gold. They felt every part of every particle around them, minds connected as one amongst the millions of the dust.

A blur surrounded their sight as Agnasha and Chithalis began to stabilize, darkness coming into nfocus as their sight looked upon the void around them. Slowly they began to forge strands within the dust around them. The air shook nas the void began to crack, layers peeling away like skin offf of burning flesh. White beams poured from within it, swirling around as they clung to the gold strands, forcing them together to forge an orb. The orb began to spread, darkness turning to light as shards of the past became the birth of many futures to come, each forging invisible walls between each other.

Agnasha and Chithalis had achieved what was once but a dream, and created the first of many thoughts within what once was an empty void, and gave birth to life. Ethera’s birth the first era of life had begun, but at a cost Agnasha and Chithalis did not intend. When the void had shattered it brought forth an imbalance, one which if left unchecked could end all that Agnasha and Chithalis had started before its first steps were taken. The first lesson, Chaos.
