While sitting in his bed the next day, he began to cry, while recounting what happened that previous day, he replayed thoughts in his mind,

"Was it my fault? Did I cause her death? Why couldn't it of been me?"

Touto walked in, he had a sad expression lurking across his face he gently told Kimoto,

"I'm sorry about what happened son, but you can't miss school already. Go to school and see what happens there alright?"

Kimoto nodded, his head was still looking down at a puddle of tears. He slowly made his way out of his bed and stood up he then made his way to his wardrobe. He sorrowfully got his clothes out and began to get changed, he then placed Kasei onto his back in its sheath. He walked out of the room, and glumly said,

"I'll be back after school"

Once Kimoto was at school he acted like nothing had ever happened, as he was walking through the corridor to get to homeroom he saw a girl which he was close to.

"Hey Azuma"

Azuma's face lit, she smiled and waved back and screeched,

"Hey Kimoto!"

She ran over and hugged him, Kimoto patted her on the head. As Kimoto was about to say something, the bell rang.

"Well time to go to homeroom"

They walked together towards the class.

The lecture room was massive, around the room there were floating candles, and massive chandeliers. This room was the main lecture room so it had paintings of previous Archmages. Kimoto noticed a previous archmage called Hideyoshi, although he couldn't make out the last name, though it did remind him of a painting he saw at his house once or twice.

"And today we are going to learn about Hidden seals!"

Professor Hikaru yelled across the room. He raised his right arm and pulled down his sleeve, a  white mark appeared on his arm, he bellowed

"SAIKATSU"

The rooms candles blew out, the room began to grow dark, but an ever so growing white rune mark grew where the professor was standing. Whispers from the students began to grow louder, but they all stopped as everyone heard,

"APPEAR"

The room became light once again, and a giant stood in place for the professor. But you could see the professor peaking around the leg of the giant,

"Hidden seals, are your magic, you learn them, and you call them by their name! As you can see this is a summoning type, and it's aura is white, each seal type has its own colour aura. Offence is blue and defence is orange. Over the next following sessions, I will teach you the seals and how to use them."

Every student stood and applauded the professor as he walked out. The giant remained until the professor exited the class.

Throughout the day, the other students were attempting to master the summoning magic the professor used. Whether it be in the corridors, the gym, the toilets wherever the students could get away from other students. Kimoto and Amuza didn't try just because they knew no one would find out how to do it.

The next day, everyone was sitting in the lecture hall waiting for the professor. However, he didn't show up, although after waiting for another ten minutes another professor turned up and shouted out,

"Everyone, move yourself to the practice hall, we're going to test your current magic skills."

One of the students stood up and praised himself saying,

"I will be the best! None of you will stand up to my skills!"

Kimoto looked puzzled, he asked Azuma who was sitting next to him,

"Who's this guy?"

She answered with,

"That's Kaori, he kind of thinks he's the best in the school."

Kimoto rolled his eyes, he thought about his magic powers, and what his magic could do. Maybe this guy was better than Kimoto or maybe this guy was better than everyone. Everyone stood up and began to make their way to the practice hall.

Once everyone was there, the teacher led the students through the hall showing them what the hall contained. But as soon as the teacher walked around the corner with the students, a group of mages wearing the same red robes stood there. The teacher stepped back, she placed her arm back shielding the students, she screamed,

"STUDENTS GET BACK"

The students gasped as they saw the mages ahead of them, by now the mages had all stepped into stances ready to fight. The teacher raised her arm letting her arm be shown, she screeched,

"BAIRUJUN"

A blue rune shield appeared in front of her, the students cheered, they all thought that nothing would get through the defence magic. But they stopped cheering when they heard one of the mages shouts,

"CHARIJU"

A bolt came whizzing through the blue rune, the teacher got hit, she fell on her knees she looked back at the students and time slowed, she raised out her hand and softly mumbled,

"DRAGUR"

A blue orb appeared around the students, it was a high ranking magic. A man stood out from the mages, he wasn't in the typical red robe, he was in red plated armour he raised his arm and screamed,

"DEATHLOCK"

A black bolt came from his hand towards the students, everyone screamed in fear that this was the end. But Kimoto didn't, he placed his arm up and unsheathed his sword with his other arm, the sword was flooded with the yellow colour. He aimed the hand towards the incoming black bolt. Kimoto closed his eyes and calmly spoke,

"DE YUARUSUTAITU"

The same yellow colour on his sword appeared across his right arm, almost like it was a flame, he walked outside of the blue orb and angrily screamed,

"LUGARUS"

A huge yellow rune appeared in front of him, the black bolt hit the shield and was sent back towards the caster, everyone stopped making noise and stared at him. A boy had just used one of the most powerful hidden seals ever. The caster stood there mesmerised on the boy, but soon he wasn't as the bolt hit him he fell to the floor saying,
