Gregor is complacent, maybe a bit bored, but nonetheless fairly happy. He has work tomorrow, standard retail full-time. He'll deal with customers, take a break for lunch, then get right back at it until it’s time to go home. He’s done this for a few years now. It’s repetitive but that’s what he likes about it. Right now he’s spending his time at home playing a video game with his friends, he doesn't really care too much what it is just so long as it’s with his friends. His job pays well enough and he’s careful and takes care of his things so he hasn’t really had to worry about money, and never really has, but he’s never been too well off either. He doesn’t have much ambition or drive to do or get better at things but that doesn’t stop him from wanting to. He WANTS a promotion, but likely won’t be getting one soon since he’s no star employee. He WANTS a nice new house or car but would have to spend money he doesn’t have yet. He WANTS to spend all his time playing games but he wouldn’t be able to live without income. He wants many things but can’t have them for some reason or another. Gregor’s life won't ever change all that much.
