Golden, Gaunt and Grain grass: There are 4 types of grass across the world, the most common being green grass, grass from our world. There are 3 others though, that differ immensely. The first is grain grass. Grows in around harvest time, grain grass will grow around crops and will help them grow. Grain grass is also nutritious and has lots of nutrients, it can be found anywhere around farmlands. They look like a pale beige-yellow blade of grass. Grain grass, because of its amazing qualities is printed on all bronze coins, to officialise their value. The second type of grass is Gaunt grass. Gaunt grass is as its title. Gaunt, grey grass. They can only grow in the harshest of conditions, their colour grey. They look like thin versions of normal grass, and would resemble a bed of spikes if they all stood straight up. Gaunt grass also has a special quality. When taken out of the soil, the Gaunt grass can still survive for five years. Gaunt grass is very rare, and has many uses in alchemy and potion brewing. Gaunt grass is printed on the silver coins. The last type of grass is Golden grass, the rarest. Golden grass is exactly that. Golden grass. Golden grass only grows when high amounts of magic is present. Golden grass is so rare that it’s figure was printed on the gold coins in the world. In fact, most of the original coins are made from Golden grass.

Whistler Flowers: Whistler flowers are a beautiful white, misty flower that makes a whistling sound when wind passes over it. The whistler flower also has another unique property. When held by someone, the whistler flower will change its colour to match the emotions of its holder. Whistler flowers only grow in high places like mountains or cliffs, otherwise, they can only be found growing and pale blue clouds called windy clouds. When a whistler flower is given to a friend, it becomes a symbol of everlasting friendship but when a flower is given to someone of the opposite gender, it becomes a symbol of love. Whistler flowers are often used in marriages, the gemstone often infused and shaped to look like a whistler flower.

Arachnas or the Spider flower. Arachnas, or more commonly known as the spider flower is a beautiful black flower that devours insects and some small birds whole. It looks like a normal flower, and sends out a sweet scent before closing its petals and poisoning the creature inside. They were called spider flowers simply because of their close relations with spiders. Like Spiders, some Arachnas are poisonous, also spiders never fall into the Arachnas traps, and instead make their web somewhere near the flower, so they can gain the Arachnas leftovers. Arachnas are rather uncommon but can be found easily if one knows where to look. They defend other plants from those that would try to hurt them, and the carcasses and bones they leave behind act as great fertilizer for other plants. Don’t stick your hand in one though, you might find that when you pull back out, that your finger tips are missing. Arachnas are a great ingredient for brewing and alchemy as they work as a great adhesive or catalyst.

Gardener Weed: The Gardener Weed is an evil plant that destroys communities of other plants. Gardener Weeds are sentient, evil beings. They travel through the earth, finding large communities of plants, then they pop out and starts nurturing those plants for three days, releasing a pollen that increases the growth of nearby plants. When the time is up, the Gardener Weed plants its roots in the ground and sucks up all the nutrients the plants gained, it then pops back in the ground and does it again. Gardener Weeds were a nuisance to farmers and nature elementals. Then, a young Gardener ironically named Weed, found a way to repel the Gardener Weeds. When Weed was trying to develop a way to grow Gaunt Grass without the harsh conditions he noticed that a Gardener Weed had found a way into his laboratory. He was about to rip it out of the ground before he noticed that the Weed was dead, and his grass had become stronger. He investigated on what had happened and 3 days later, sent a report to the magic bureau and the Farmer’s Association. Gaunt grass would absorb the pollen from the Weed, but that didn’t stop the Weed. The Weed continued its process, as it always did, and tried to suck the nutrients out of the already weak Gaunt grass. Instead of taking its nutrients, the Weed had nutrients taken from it, the Gaunt grasses roots sucking out everything from the Weed. The roots tied around each other, prevented the Weed from escaping, and the Weed slowly died from Gaunt grass. Since then, Gaunt grass was kept in reserve whenever one grows plants, just in case the Gardener Weed came along. The Gardener Weed looks like 3 tall spiked leaves with a bendy stalk in the center that leads to a bright white flower. The stalk has two more leaves which the Gardener Weed uses as arms.

Haste Bush/Haste Berries: A fairly common berry bush that grows in hot climates. Haste berries give you a rush of energy for close to an hour, the caveat being that after that hour, you get extremely sleepy and dizzy. Haste Berries have been developed into a wine, one that helps those in old age regain some of their lost energy without the caveat. They look bright yellow and full to the brim with some strange juice.

The Killing Tree: An extremely tall tree with no leaves whatsoever. When the Killing tree detects a living creature nearby, it will drop one of its giant branches to crush/impale the creature when it gets close enough. It then absorbs the nutrients given by the creature. The sap it produces is blood red, and has addictive and innutritious properties.

Seaslinkers: Seaslinkers are plants that quickly cross water beds, lakes, rivers and streams are all in their domain. They eat small fish for nutrients and have the amazing property of cleaning the water they inhabit. They look like snakes but they are actually plants. They have long slender bodies which are just a combination of their leaves, and a head that looks like a clam.

Fulgurous Willows: Long tall trees with pale green leaves that hang downwards. Lightning arches and bounces off their branches making a beautiful display.
