*BEEB BEEB BEEB BEEB*
“Mmmnggg!” An annoyed voice announced it’s existence.
“Shut up I need sleep!” While those words were spoken a hand swiped at an alarm clock. The room was dim but most things were still visible.
The room included a desk, pc, bed, and on that bed was a young woman at most 24.
*BEEB BEEB BEEB BEEB* not responding to the women’s irritation the alarm continued to make a nuisance of itself.
Giving into the cries of the clock the woman begrudgingly gets out of bed.
“Fine, fine!!” While speaking she properly turns off the alarm.
A young woman in her early 20s lazily sits up on her bed.
After a few moments of rubbing her eyes and waking up completely she is hit by a sudden realization.
“Shit, I’m going to be late for work!” While the woman scrambles to get ready for work she trips on one of piles of trash she had left behind within her room.
“Uwaaa” she crashes onto the floor but immediately gets back up.
“Ow ow ow ow ow ow.” while still in slight pain and clutching her knee from the fall she continues to to get dressed in work clothes.
She runs out the door the second she looks moderately presentable, and makes her way to work.
“Haa~ ha~ haa~ t-this is my... limit”. On the sidewalk she runs out of energy but continues on her way just at a much slower pace.
Due to a combination of fatigue and sleepiness she stops paying attention to her surroundings, and ends up in the middle of a crosswalk.
As it happens it was not the appropriate time to cross yet and we are nearing the end of this women’s life.

A truck hits the poor girl.
“AAAH IT, IT HURTS!”
She did not die to the initial impact of the truck and suffered extraordinary agonizing pain.
“Hic, *sniff* it hurts s-so much”.
She attempted to look at herself, upon looking, what was awaiting her was a horrid scene.
Her wrist was completely snapped and so was her arm. Her appendages were in positions they should never be in under any circumstances.
Her elbow was inverted, wrist floppy, and her right leg was crushed into her pelvis.
That was not the end to all the harm that had become the unfortunate soul.
Her ribs had been broken as well and are currently puncturing her internal organs. Blood was leaking out from several places and that only caused her to panic more.
“NOO, T-THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING TO ME!” She cried.
“AHHHHH” speaking let alone yelling only harmed her more and caused intense pain.
“Uwaaa hic* sniff*” after a minute of the excruciatingly painful experience her body finally began to give up, as the lull of death called her closer.
She felt her soul leaving her body. eventually she could see herself in the third person.
“I-Is that me?” She asks herself.
From her new point of view the damage to her body looked even worse than what it did before.
She could see a bit of her small intestines falling from her torn abdomen.
Looking around she saw that there was a large group of people circling the scene.
They were either calling emergency services or recording what was happening.
Paramedics did arrive but they were far too late.
After some time of wondering she felt a pulling sensation.
It was soft at first but grew stronger over time. Eventually it became strong enough to pull her through the sky and did so.
She flew at extraordinary speed and saw others like her. She also saw others not so like her, they were races that did not belong to earth such as lizardmen.
Humans were mixed in with the races that did not belong to earth. The detection she and other people were heading to was different though.
She tried to change her course to no avail.
She then saw another stream of what can be called souls.
They were what seemed to be new souls that were freshly created. the way she was heading crossed paths with them.
“Maybe I can have another chance if I can just get in with them” she spoke to herself.
When she reached the point where the paths crossed she tried with all her might to move.
She stretched her hands out and made swimming motions in an attempt to move further.
“Come on just a little further!”
A soul in the distance that would be in arms reach if it came closer was heading her way.
Maybe if I grab onto one I will get dragged with it! She thought to herself.
She waited for the soul to come her way. When it got close she grabbed at it like her life depended on it.(because it does)
Sadly her hands just went through it like a ghost.
The only thing that changed would be the soul she touched.
It changed color but that was about it from her perspective.
Unbeknownst to the young woman she had just given that soul her memory’s through what she had done.
