Chapter 13: He is Back

Chapter 13: He is Back

In the Dwarf Kingdom, an increasing number of dragons continue to arrive, their powerful forms heading relentlessly toward the Demon King's domain. Amid this chaotic convergence, Rikioho, the steadfast Dwarven general, joins Kho and his Demi-Giant army. However, the human general accompanying them ignores the growing bond between the two armies and presses forward with single-minded determination to confront the Demon King, suggesting they, too, have been tasked with his destruction.

During their final moments together, Rikioho solemnly offers Kho his Ring Magister, a relic imbued with the Dwarves' pride and resilience. Despite knowing Kho cannot wield it, Rikioho insists, acknowledging the deep respect he has developed for Kho. He urges Kho and his army to abandon the doomed kingdom and return to Oosa to warn General Durr about the Demon King's rising threat.

As Kho reluctantly accepts the ring, Rikioho and his remaining warriors make their final stand. Aware that the Dwarf Kingdom is irreparably lost, they vow to confront the Demon King, not out of hope for survival but as an act of defiance to honor their fallen homeland.

Kho, deeply moved and carrying newfound wisdom from Rikioho, retreats with his army. His mission now shifts to reaching Oosa and informing General Durr of the escalating peril, determined to ensure that Rikioho's sacrifice is not in vain.
