Hades POV
I lay there wrapped up in the blanket reviewing the absurdity of the situation, I fell asleep for a while and when I wake up i'm dropped off in the middle of a forest to be eaten by monsters and beasts. I didn't scream or try to move, not yet at least because it was dark, and in the dark do the beasts lurk. I lay there and tried to fall asleep to the sounds of the forest, and I can't fall to sleep, yes i'm scared out of my mind because at an moment a random creature could come along and eat me, the entirety of the situation weighed on me and I had to vent so I scramed, or gurgled whatever babies soundlike when they throw a tantrum. That little outburst went on for a while till I heard the footsteps and the most beautiful sight I'd ever see in my short life.
It was a dwarf, a stone son, he had a beard as orange as autumn leaves that drifted down to below his knees, he was stocky and built, he was wearing a chainmail shirt with leather patches around the joints and a series of steel plates covering his chest, thighs, legs and one of his arms. He had an axe over his back that would be more appropriate to say was a hunk of metal attached to a stick, it had runic carvings all along it and they glowed a bright emerald green. His face was stalwart and grim, his jaw protrude out of his skull like a branch out of a tree, he had a massive crooked nose, scarred and burnt skin, he was blind in one ey and had teeth that belonged to a dog, but right now he was an angelic beauty in the depths of hell, and trust me I know what thats like.
I screamed at him, or gurgled, whatever but I got his attention. He looked around and then spotted me, he stroked his beard and said"What in the forge fathers beard is this?"
Orge ebonfire POV
I followed Edens instructions and trailed the sound she supposedly heard, damned pointy eared bastards, look I only tried to cop one feel I didn't try to kill her, why give me the cold shoulder, for the entire day shes been getting me to do jobs that keep me away from her.
I walked around in the general direction and then I heard it, a scream, and I looked down and spotted a tyke who was so small he could be mistaken for a rock, he screamed and screamed and the I said"What in the forge fathers beard is this?" who left this child in the middle of the dark woods, theres only beasts in here. I went over and picked up the boy, well thats what I assumed, its hard to tell babies apart like it is to tell apart elven men and women. I looked at him closley, and saw he had hair the colour of bones, a putrid white with streaks of red and black throughout, his eyes were a strange purplish blue, somethig like polluted water you find in celerin.

I carried the boy back to our camp and shouted "everybody gather, we got ourselves a bit of a dilemma". As i waited for everyone to get their lazy bums out of their tents and get outside to meet me I inspected the child for his mana signature, as noble familes have similiar mana types and feelings, he had no discernable traits though, his mana was obscure yet full of strength, I felt dread inspecting his souls outer-rims. As I was pondering over his noble status the others showed up.
"What is it Orge, i swear if this is another of your so called inventions i'm going to send you back to stone hill in a bodybag" said Rif the beastkin, I replied steadily "Calm down Rif, we've got a serious problem, look here" as i shoved the baby into the wolf boys face. "What, which woman did you steal that child off of?" I was about to reply when Eden interjected "Show me the child Orge" and I did, but what suprised me was her tenderness, as she held the boy, she spoke gently this time and said "Its alright everyone go back to your tents, he was abandoned by his mother it seems, we''ll take care of him" I was shocked I quickly asked "How do you know that?" she looked at me and said "Are you really as stupid as you look, did you forget I can see peoples memories, its the perk of being a moon-elf"
Hades POV
I was amazed at how it all went smoothly and they took me in, I would've expected some arguing but it seems this elf woman has some status, and a past, it would take an idiot to not notice the sadness in her eyes on that pristine face, that was as pale as the moon and as beautiful, her hair was the colour of the stars and her eyes were a deep blue that looked as deep as the ocean. She grabbed me and took me into her tent, fed me some mysterious porridge like substance and then fell asleep with me.
It seems I was lucky, now it was time to see for how long before another tragedy befalls me, but before that time i'll need to get stronger or I think the furture will strike me down.
