"Ava! Wake up! It's already 8:00! Come on! Pack up! Whatever!" My mother screamed from downstairs. I snapped out of the dream and woke up with a jolt. I scrambled and took the orchid. I went downstairs and saw the family already eating. Mom was serving waffles. Pearl was still sleeping, my brother Jax, dad, and my older sister Kristina were eating. I sat down on one of the wooden chairs.
As I nibbled on a waffle I thought about one of the students in my class. Gabriel. Although we rarely even talk, I kinda like him. I mean, most of the girls like him and he is a popular kid in school, but not only that; he is pretty smart and kind. And even rich. He has a sister too, who is also as popular, kind, rich, and smart as he is. Her name was Angelina, and I like her as a friend.
"You daydreaming there?" My mom asked me, with a tiny bit of a smile.
"Uh, No," I replied. "Not really." I said before mom said anything else.
I packed up my stuff; homework, sketchbook, literally everything you would need to pack up. I gently picked up the slightly covered with paper orchid and placed it in one of the bag pockets. Saying bye to the family, I hurried to the bus and went along.

I sat beside Katy, one of my friends. Oh, I should mention; I have this "habit" of classifying everyone.
Friends Neutrals Enemies Eat together, play together, whatever you do with a friend (a real one) and what you think about one. Rarely do things together. Unless teacher tells. Sometimes interact, whatever. Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate
I'm sure you understand what I mean at the "Enemies" column.
Katy waved at me a bit shyly, then she looked at the orchid that was bulging out of the backpack.
"Oooh! Nice orchid! Can I take a look?" She asked, her hands in loose fists. I'm going to say though, Katy is a shy person. But when she sees something interesting, she just goes bananas.
"Oh uhmm... My mom told me not to let anyone touch it." I lied.
"Pretty please?"
I sighed. I would have done so but the moment I take it out, I would enter the void world. I sighed again.
"Fine." I reached out for the orchid.
