Brewing his own coffee, Doyle enjoy his time doing his little hobby. It comes from his field, a very fresh grind ones. It has been weeks since he started his own pub. Serving wine, food and coffee. Ever since he had found such things Doyle was earning ruppians per day, and never did it it stop from raising it's customers. Several players liked his pub and many NPCs find his pub fascinating.
Perhaps Doyle was able to manage his own pub efficiently, that he no longer has any intention of increasing his level.
The town's mayor has also recognize his pub and his great help with regards to economy. Infact, the neighboring kingdom have decided to do barter trade with log town. In exchange for their meat and oil supply the kingdom of Ox is willing to give them portion of their wheat and flour. Not only that, it seems like the kingdom is fond of log towns resources of coffee which is why in return, the town's mayor have increased Doyle's fame.

Doyle was checking his stock of coconut oil.
Doyle : the stocks are still good for a month.
He is making it sure that his supply would last for at least a month of cosumpconstion. After all his pub has a lot of customers. With huge number of customers, Doyle is responsible of his stocks.
Thus every night when everyone else is asleep, Doyle is busy hunting monsters out of town and when it is pass midnight is his time for rest.
He has handful of workers in his pub, thus he was able to manage both stock and his pub. Business process afterall is a difficult task.
Most of the players think that Doyle is an npc character, because he looks like one. He is a level one player. Most players would go out of town and increase their level, yet Doyle is different. He has set himself on business. Which is why, the representative who's monitoring Doyle's progress finds him clever.
