Enlightenment Realm- This realm is about studying how energy flow and interact with the world, how things grow and deteriorate, components and structure. It is also where they can manipulate energy a little to some degree.

Refining Attunement Realm- In this realm the energy is pulled into the body and released which strengthen and purify the Big Four. Control and finesse of energy also increases. Depending on how deep and thoroughly it's completed the more your talent is refined.

Gathering Realm- In this realm energy is stored into all parts of the body ( skin, muscle & tendons, organs, bones & marrow, nerves & cells, 3 Dantien, and soul)

Evolution Realm- In this realm the body and soul starts producing it's own energy and the amount of energy storage is increased by at least double. Outside energy is then used to nourish and increase the amount stored and produced by the body.
