Rooster and Little Sheep

Rooster and Little Sheep

Once upon a time, a rooster and a little sheep lived in a peaceful farmyard.

The rooster was notorious for crowing every morning, signaling the start of the new day. On the other hand, the little sheep loved to spend her days grazing in the lush meadows. They were best friends, and everyone in the farmyard envied their bond.

One bright sunny morning, the rooster asked the little sheep, "Do you know what lies beyond those towering mountains?"

The little sheep, puzzled by the question, replied, "I have no idea, rooster. What lies beyond those mountains?"

The rooster smiled and said, "I have heard that there is a magical land where the grass is greener, and the skies are always blue."

The little sheep was intrigued and asked the rooster, "Do you know how we can get there?"

The rooster thought for a moment and said, "I have heard that there is a wise old owl who lives in the woods. He can give us directions to reach this magical land."

Without wasting any time, the rooster and the little sheep set off on an adventure to find the wise old owl. They walked for hours, crossing rivers, jumping over rocks, and braving the scorching sun. Finally, they reached the wise old owl's tree. The wise old owl greeted them and listened to their story patiently.

He said, "To reach the magical land, you must cross the treacherous quicksand swamp. But be careful, for the swamp is guarded by a fierce crocodile who never sleeps."

Without any fear, the rooster and the little sheep set out to cross the swamp. They were almost through when the crocodile appeared from nowhere. The rooster quickly crowed at the top of his voice, and the little sheep baaed as loud as she could. The crocodile was taken aback and left them alone.

Finally, after crossing the swamp, they reached the magical land, and it was everything they had imagined and more. The grass was indeed greener, and the skies were always blue. They stayed there for a while, enjoying the beauty of the land.

But one day, they realized that they missed their friends back in the farmyard. So, with heavy hearts, they bid goodbye to the magical land and began their journey back home.

But now, they had a whole new adventure to narrate, and everyone in the farmyard listened in awe—the end.
