Marcus pov

Marcus pov

While sitting in the garden, I was simply reflecting on my life. I've wished for a happy family since I was a child. Then everything fell apart when I lost my family in a car accident. After losing my family, I had given up hope. I initially thought I would be abandoned in this world, but I was fortunate to meet a kind individual who took me under his wing. Today, I can proudly say that he is the reason I am who I am. Even though not many people are familiar with me and I am not particularly well-known because I prefer to keep a low profile, I have already resolved many cases at a young age. I haven't had a case to work on in weeks. They said I'd get my case soon, so I'll have to wait patiently. I had no idea I was about to get my biggest case yet.

"Marcus, Marcus, Marcus." I was deep in thought when I heard one of my coworkers call my name.

"What?" I questioned. You have to see this. "Isn't this strange? They just arrested her like that after she just woke up in a coma."

He showed me news footage of police arresting a girl my age."Wait for the real thing. She murdered her classmates, but she appeared so innocent and adorable. "I had this thought. But I suppose we won't know someone's true self until we meet them in person.

Months have passed since I saw the news, and there has been no progress in that case. When I think about that case and that girl, I think she couldn't have killed anyone. She appears innocent and cute. I received a call from the criminal department a few days later, instructing me to reopen the case. I finally got a case and found out who that girl was."Lilith, what a lovely name. It was a perfect fit for her. "I was thinking to myself. I decided to meet Lilith because I had already taken this case and reopened it for investigation. After all, to find the correct key, we must thoroughly inspect the keyhole.

I directed my team to take her into the interrogation room. I was blown away by her beauty when they bought her. She resembled an angel. But I must maintain my professionalism. So I approached her and introduced myself: "Hello, Ms. Lilith. My name is Marcus. And I'll be handling your case from now on." For a moment, she was lost in thought. "Lilith, you may know why you're here; why don't you tell me the whole story?" I told her as soon as she came to her senses. "Pfft, just a cutie," I thought. Deep down, I felt she was innocent as soon as she began to tell her story. "I suspect someone set me up, so I'm hoping you guys can figure out what happened because I'm not sure." When she told me this, I was curious as to what had happened to her. Was she really accused, or was she just acting? Whatever it is, I need to figure this out. I just don't believe she has the ability to kill someone. It simply does not make sense. "Lilith, I guarantee that I will find out what happened. "Before leaving the room, I told her.

For the next few days, my team and I worked our tails off to figure out whether Lilith was telling the truth. "Um, Marcus, you wouldn't believe this," one of my coworkers said. "Believe what?" I inquired.

"Lilith, on the other hand, was telling the truth. Someone did frame her. Here's her report." he said "Wow. I have to tell her. I knew she was innocent from the start. She does not appear to be capable of killing anyone. Bring her to the interrogation room. "I informed them.

"Good day, Miss Lilith. I investigated what happened after considering your statements. I'm concerned that anything I say to you will have a significant impact on you." I told her this as soon as I saw her, because I knew she'd be sad. And I don't want to see her depressed. Why don't I want to see her suffer? What exactly is this sensation? I told myself.

"We learned through our investigation that someone may have slipped sleeping tablets in your drink, causing an accident that left you forgetting what happened," she said, looking at me puzzled. It was difficult to obtain anything from the doctor because that person had bribed him, but my team did their best. I started telling her.

"Please wait. "What is the connection between Riley's murder and the accident?" I knew she was going to ask. "Well, you couldn't kill Riley because you were in an accident. So your assumption was correct. Someone made an attempt to frame you. But that someone is your family, as well as Jessica, who I believe is your friend."

She was lost in her own thoughts after I finished.

"I'm sorry, Marcus. Is it possible for me to leave now that you are all aware of my innocence? "Yes, however, what are we going to do about your family and friends?"

"Well, they believe I have no power, but I want to show them that they messed with the wrong person, so I need your help. I'd like you to look into their background. Is it possible?" When she said it, I felt proud. Why am I so pleased with myself? I really like her. "It's possible," I thought "It is possible, but we must proceed with caution because they have inside help, which is how they were able to keep you imprisoned for so long and how someone even attempted to prevent me from opening this case. I'll get back to you in a few hours with the information you require. I winked at her and said, "I'll see you later. Why did I do that? Would she think I'm crazy? If so, that's unfortunate. This was my current state of mind as I rushed out of that room. After returning to my office, I directed my coworkers to gather background information on everyone who is related to Lilith. To my surprise, I learned that Lilith's real mother wasn't the people she lived with but rather someone else. So I needed to show Lilith this information and begin making arrangements to get her out of jail. It's been a few days since Lilith was released from jail, and she's been gathering evidence to use against her family and friends who betrayed her. I'm planning to propose to her once things have returned to normal. We were able to imprison everyone involved in this case in a short period of time. Lilith, I must say, is quite capable of uncovering evidence.

Our lives have been amazing since we settled everything. Despite my extreme nervousness, I propose to Lilith. I expected her to say no, but she surprised me by saying yes. Lilith now runs her own investigation firm and is one of the best private investigators I've ever seen . She even got to meet her own mother. And my life has been amazing since Lilith entered it. I have people I will love and protect for the rest of my life. Through Lilith, I finally got the happy family I'd always wanted. What else can I say? Lilith is a true blessing in my life.
