Hey all,

I'm taking a break after trying to avoid that for too long.... This is an update log to share the most recent progress regarding Fragment of a Dragon Soul.

10/10/2022: I've been having a hard time with school, and I'm also feeling creatively drained. All the recent chapters that I've been putting out just feel off to me. (I don't know if this is just in my head as the author or if readers have felt that way too, but yeah.)

I'm going to focus on school for this term and will update with more information when I'm not stressed (and sick haha) like right now and have a better idea of how I'm carrying the story forward.

3/1/2023: Wow, I just realized how long it's been since I had anything to share. I've had another semester where I've been extremely stressed and sick, but things are finally looking up! Behind the scenes, I'll be working on the first book of Fragment with my editor. This will help me get back into the zone with the story. I don't have a solid timeline to share yet, but just in case anyone checks back here, yes, I am still thinking of this story.

The positive comments have definitely been helping me feel excited to come back to this, so thanks guys! I still read all the comments.

7/24/2023: I am still thinking of this story. Edits remain slowly but surely in progress.

Edits Changelog:

- Names! Nox and Holox get their names in freaking Chapter 4.

- Genre Change, No LitRPG / GameLit. Moving forward, there will be no more game elements mostly because I hate writing it and takes me longer to figure the numbers. This was my first (and probably last) experiment with the genre. (I know this decision will come as good news to some and a disappointment to most, given the results of the poll about this. The old chapters with the numeric system will remain up for posterity for those who like it. And I assume at this point, anyone still invested in the story just wants ANY chapter regardless of numbers / no numbers.)
