The day before the Awakening.
In the garden behind the palace I sprinted to my father, King Alexander of the Aegeus kingdom, with a beaming countence. Glancing at the freshly bloomed bed of flowers my mind stalls for a moment, embracing the feeling that was a combination of its vibrant colors and delightful smell. Looking closely, I could notice an assortment of azaleas, red lilies, calla lilies, muscaries, pink delights, and other flowers that bloomed only in the spring.
As I neared, I saw my father peaking from behind the bush.
"Father! Fath- Your Majesty, I came to speak to you," I said, blushing from the sprinting, an all but too long dress, and high heels too high to properly sprint, but mostly from noticing he was speaking with someone at the momment.

"Isabel has no need to worry," King Alexander replied for me with no emotion on his face.
Being born between the king, a genius of many talents and the queen, daughter of the Easter family and a natural aura user put momentous pressure on my shoulders. Though I my father and mother both love me, I couldn't imagone myself being able to face them eye to eye without my face turning red from shame.
