ANTHONY 'ant' WILDER:

Ant started  reminscing his time in the orphanage as he is walking towards the military camp.He was the oldest kid at the orphanage.Generally when somebody reaches tweleve, they go to the city to get a job or join the army but Ant,on the other hand couldn't get a job any where.He was very scared of joining the army and he couldn't find himself to do any job that he liked.At the time he thought he would have to do with managing the orphanage but then the funds stopped and gradually there was nobody to be taken care of in there.People kept dying and all his stash of food was becoming lesser and lesser until there was only a piece of bread was left.

City of corinth is very large city where atleast hundred thousand people people of different social classes are living in it.It is sophisticated in it's own standards but he couldn't stand the guards with their petty bullying trying to 'who is the boss?' with every one around until some one from military shows up and they would start pissing their pants and speaking of bullying there he is George Stanford just the man he wanted to meet today coming from beside the silvery shining building that is the adventurer's guild.

George was a little bit younger than him but he was in the orphanage before him.At the time senior knight hogarth used take care him and making him learn things he never wanted all george wanted was to be an apprentice under the knight.Although Hogarth was very talented, how much could he have learned from a washed up,unmotivated,one armed man was questinable but george pestered him and he finally but reluctantly started to train him.Hogarth trained him till he was dead,after that George took care of ant in the orphanage but as soon as he turned eleven he ran to the military to join.George has always been big for his age and talented beyond his years in the knight training so, he was easily accepted in to the army.In the recent years however they grew apart a little on the account george was always on training or some other work.Ant knew for sure that george would take  care of him if need be but he wasn't willing to be so dependant atleast not yet.George grew to be a little leaner but it seems with his sharp nose and sharp chin, trimmed head he seems even a little bit handsome.

"Hey,George What are you doing here today? Don't you generally have some smart-ass work to do or some rabbits to kill or some toilets to clean or....."

"Alright I'm gonna stop you there.Just....Just...Give me a break alright.I just had some time off after twenty days and just as I was go to a whorehouse look who I ran into!,any way what are you doing here? "

"I want a job in the army."

"Whoa!" Geroge looked up in the sky with the amazed expression of five year old riding a horse for the first time to if there is a rain of storm brewing in the sky.

"Think if could get me anything?"

"Are you serious?You could always join as a private,Although I doubt you could make it past corporal"

"Just get me something in the kitchen" Ant was probing there.

"I can't get you anything in the kitchen but  I could probably get you something to work with the animal trainer,actually one time I saved his kid from rampaging bull so he is pretty gratefull for that.I always get the best horse for training"

"What about wyverns?Does he train them?"

"Nobody trains a wyvern you idiot,they mostly tame them,do you know how hard it is to find hatchable wyvern egg?Even after all the trouble it is very hard to train them feed them"

"What about war?Any progress on the measures of the food supply,may be ending it by blazing it up with wyverns"

"Even though we have three wyvern knights they have a dragon knight to counter them so unless it is a life and death battle nobody is willing to you know have mutual destruction, I guess"

"Can't they just bring all the food from the capital or something"

"you idiot, they are wyverns not bulls.They would never agree to such things"

"fine.I'll just stop asking this stuff.Let's go to a place to eat"

"Let's go then"

Ant and George thus started walking to an inn to eat food and catch on stuff and discuss their future plans.
