The wind was blowing hard across the continent, and cold air followed after it. Spring was soon to arrive as the temperature and new plant begin to sprout. This was the beginning of a new year and that held a lot of different meaning for the Floraling in the Petal Continent.The Miracle Tree was located at the center of the Petal Continent, and around the tree grows a massive city by the name of Carnation, and at that this time, a beautiful lady with long black hair, reaching, as she stands in front of the tree looking upon it, her eye sparkled like the vast ocean, and you can see the excitement and longing, she has been waiting for this moment. This just made the screen all the more breathtaking, as her figure would put models to shame.

“ It look like the Miracle Seeds are finally starting to bloom.” said the woman.

Not even after the sound has landed, a cloaked individual appeared on her knee and said “ My queen, we must get going, It’s almost time for the ceremony to begin, we must not be late.”

“ Wow time sure does fly, thank you for the reminder.” The Queen replied.

“It’s my pleasure, my queen.“ the cloaked guard replied trying to hide the blush that spread across her face, she doesn’t get complimented from the queen often.

“Well then lets head out.” The queen said as she walk away, ” Yes” replied as the cloaked guard follows.

The wind started to blow at unimaginable speed shortly after they left, as they left a Miracle Gem was knocked out from a Miracle Seed and was pushed along the wind currents.

The ceremony was soon to begin, and luckily the queen came just on time to announce the opening.

"Welcome to the annual Earthlings Ceremony, as you all know the portal to my right, leads to the Earthling home, and only the best students may go upon graduation. For the seniors here that have the honor to take this trip, I congratulate you, for the juniors here, I hope you will strive with all you have to reach what your seniors have accomplished.... " As the queen was giving her speech, all those listening were charmed; although the reasons weren't all the same. Some students were mesmerized by her looks and charms that were known all across the land. Another group simply looked up to her or even the more simple reason of her speech being intriguing; every one was focused on her.

and not on the Spirit Gem that was being blown into the portal by the wind. Well even if they were focused on the surrounding, it isn't even certain that they would have seen the small pebble-sized gem in the large dark starry sky.

They called them up one by one, until the last Floraling passed through the portal. After all was done people had no reason to stay, so they went and continued like any regular day. Going to work, sleep, bars, talking on the phone or whatever else students did when they weren't studying.

2 Months after the Earthlings Ceremony

" Go gather all the Spirit Gems."

"Be careful when getting the Floralings"

Order to get the Floralings and Spirit Gems were said in a quick, smooth, and decisive manner where everything went according to plan.

" 1,2,3,4,5..100...300...500...550...590...597, 598, 599."

"Only 599 Spirit Gems and 600 Floralings, I need to tell the queen" said a young woman with short orange hair, dressed in nurse's clothing. She started to run frantically to find the queen.

" Is this all the Spirit Gems?" asked the queen to one of the women that were screaming commands.

with a quick bow, she said in a surprised voice "Yes my queen"

"Perfect," the queen said as she covered all the Spirit Gems with her mana, and put them into her Spirit Sea.

Just at this time a beautiful young woman in nurse clothing ran to the queen and reported that they were missing a spirit gem. The queen who was now aware of this problem sent all available floralings to look for the missing gem.

A day passed and the Spirit Gem was still not found.

"What do we do, the child doesn't have a Spirit Gem, and you know what that means, for her future." said the nurse all the while holding a little baby in her hands.

sigh " I guess I will take care of her," said the queen as she took the baby girl into her hands and said "'I've been so lonely with only you Altha and our few friends. I haven't taken care of a child for so long, you will have to help me."

Altha smiled and said " Yes my queen"

"Altha" said the queen with a glare " I told you to call me by name when we are alone"

Altha smiled even more at that and said " So Callidora what shall we name her? "

Callidora thought and said, " We will name her Calla, like the flower Calla Lily, do you like it?"

Altha said " yes , sound like a lovely name."
