We woke up at our usual time, 6 am. Only this time was different, we had something to accomplish today. The "trade" that we were trying to stop went down on Thursday at 1 PM. Today is Monday which means that we have three days and the morning of Thursday to prepare. Oh boy, this is going to be rough.

The first part of our plan, Akames training goes down today, I'm going searching for someone too, but for now, we'll focus on Akame's POV.

Author's note: The rest of this chapter is written from Akames POV, this chapter is about her and it'd be hard to write it from Soukous's perspective. Don't worry this is only for this chapter.

Alright! Todays the day I learn to become strong!

"Gozan! Where's Soukou?" I ask Gozan shyly.

"Ah, the boy went to town saying he was looking for someone or something. Good morning Akame.

"Oh, I see. Good morning Gozan!" He must be looking for that person to help us with the plan. Not that we have much of one yet, hehe!

"Come, eat your breakfast." Gozan says while gesturing his hand to the log by the fire.

I go over to sit and eat the delicious breakfast that Gozan has prepared for me.

"Thank you very much Gozan!"

"Don't mention it, it's the least I can do after all. So are you going to go play with Soukou today young miss?"

"No I'm not! I was actually wondering if you could train me?"

"Oh? Do you want me to train you? Well first off, what for? And second train you in what?"

"Yes, I do! As for the reason, I want to be strong, be the human princess everyone wants me to be!" (this is a complete lie, I could care less about the human princess thing.) As for what I want you to train me in well, yesterday I got my affinity tested and it turns out my main one is wind! But I also wanted to be a cool swordswoman, like the ones from Legend! So I could learn a mix of those that'd be perfect!"

"Oh, you want to be strong? Very well then. I never would have guessed you to be a Wind user, that's very rare. So magic swordswomen ay? Alright, then your training starts now."

As I heard those words my face beamed with excitement. "Yay!" I yell.

"Quiet down now, don't start celebrating quite yet, I still don't know how much I can teach you. But I'll do my best."

"That's more than enough! Thank you very much!"

"So where do we start?"

"Hmm, well I can only teach you very basics in swordsmanship, and some basic wind spells, it should only last two days."

"Alright, I can't wait!"

"Well, you have to wait just a bit, before we start I need to explain some concepts to you."

"Oh, alright then."

"Hah! If Soukou was here he would be complaining by now! All that boy wants is to train. He is a kid after all so I can't blame him, I'm still shocked by how mature you are."

"Haha! True."

"Alright, ill explain now, in this country, there are two paths you can go down, the country path, and the guild path. Starting with the country path, there are 10 ranks you can achieve. Footmen at the very bottom, regular untrained people drafted in a time of war. Soldiers, trained men but very weak. Guards, are people who protect towns and cities, also sometimes they act as bodyguards. After that are apprentices, students of a knight, and knights in training basically. Knights, the country's army, are also sometimes seen as guards for high-value cities. The noble knights, the knights of the noble men, are usually weaker than actual knights, but their noble status gives them a higher position. The magic knights, the knights in the mage army, not all of them use swords but all use magic. The royal knights, the personal army of the royal family, these knights are not of royal birth, but were given royal status if in the army. The holy knights, also known as gods' army the church appoints the holy knights, they are the strongest knights in the nation, there is only ever 7 of them active at any given time, and there is only one rank above it. The nine commanders, the commanders that rule over the mage army, and are the military leaders, the top commander, the mage king is second in power to only the king. These are the 10 ranks in the country path. Next Is the guild path, usually, the guild path is a launching point to get to the country path, although that doesn't mean that those on the country path can switch the guild path but it's very rare that one would do so, and some are content with the guild path. Those who do not wish to directly fight for the country will choose this path, even though guilds are government sanctioned. In said guild path there are 12 ranks one can achieve. At the bottom is the F rank, in each letter rank besides S there is three divisions, The bottom division of every letter is the minus ie: F- afterword's is the base letter ie: F then the letter plus ie: F+ and this goes for every letter up until S. After F is E, D, C, B, A and then S, SS, SSS, (SSS Is only achieved by legends) These are the letter ranks of the guild path, if you exceed this then next are, the guild commander which can command guild missions and such, to achieve this rank you have to be at least A rank. Next is Guild master Which can only be achieved by S ranks. A guild master commands a whole guild. Next, and finally is the Region guild master who controls a whole region of guilds, which, as you may have guessed, can only be achieved by SS ranks. As for SSS Ranks are legends and go on to be one of the Nine commanders of the mage army, the current mage king was once a SSS Rank guild member. These are the 12 ranks of the guild path. Got all that young miss?"

Akames head look like it was spinning.

"I- I feel sick" She said this as she made a gag sound.

"Hah.. I think I said a bit too much.." Gozan said while scratching his neck.

"No.. i think i got it? There are two paths guild and country, both with ranks you can ascend and guild is to get onto the country path?"

"Not exactly.. but good enough."

"Great!"

"Oh, one more thing i should note."

"What is it?"

"In this world, there are 12 legendary swords only held by the greatest swordsmen alive. These swords have otherworldly abilities. If you want to become a truly great swordsmen then i recommend getting one for yourself in the future."

"Woah! Thats cool!"

"Indeed, now lets begin!"

Meanwhile, Soukou continues to search for a third member to help them on their mission.
