Spirit recovery also known as spirit regeneration this is the act of restoration such as healing one's wounds using spirit and recovering your lost spirit.

Lastly, spirit have infinite potential. It can become anything that the user wanted. Depending on the owner it can either create, modify, control, or destroy anything.
