Deflowered
.
“He touched his swollen cheek as he was being slapped before”
.
“That elder mankind is very kind, I wish I could repay him something.”
“do whatever you want.” The man busy choosing some herbs and weapons to be bought.
Their first stop was a village, market place. After thanking the elder who had saved them, they managed to pass the outskirt and reached the village, the decision to buy something since they must be prepared for a long journey.
Well, that was Ira Suggestion as she wanted to take some vacation— sightseeing around. She remembered the first time she opened her eyes as Demi-God, all but wide sky and glasses terrain. Yes, she woke up in some unknown place where she could not distinguish anything but herself. She acquired her true-self and waited for nothing to count, no matter how many days or years had passed, she was eager to see the world where she must finish her divine duty. Although the first days was her worst day, she can’t give up just because of that, there must be something more than that. Like some old quotes always said; the world is beyond black and white, beyond days and nights, beyond bad and good.
“that would be 300 gold, sir.”
She catches some sight of shining coins from her prisoner— acting comrade. The vampire introduced himself as Vincent gives the seller some coins. Then he takes the belongings which he just bought. He noticed the wingless and powerless angel looking at him.
“buy them yourself.”
She looked confused, “what do you mean?”
He somehow baffled, “buy. You take something and give the seller the right price as the barter.”
She still looked disconnected.
“Seriously?”
“What is that?” now she pointed at the coins he just handed them.
They are silent, one is could not believe something while the other still wearing that sparkle-wonder of purple eyes to him, expecting the answer.
“You… is this your first duty?”
She nodded, “hu-uh, this is my first time, what is that shining things?”
“…”
He showed her a coin, golden texture as well as some number written on it. “this is gold coins. We use this as the barter— replacing things we buy. Simply put, you take something, and give the seller the coins in an appropriate amount.”
She silently agreed, “I see, then how do we know we give the appropriate amount?”
“the seller will tell you.”
She didn’t expect she met the expert here, although he is a vampire, he is very knowledgeable.
“Sir Vincent, one more, how do we get the coins?”
Vincent put the coins back to his wallet behind the black coat. “you have to work or beat creatures as they drop some coins with them as well as some items which you can sell them for coins.”
Ira humming, she noted everything from the vampire. She is a demi-god, and she never feels hungry or thirsty. She also tried to keep some gap with the human as she didn’t want to get involved in any mundane activity. She existed only to exterminate the vampire.
They headed along with the market, seemed like the vampire still buy some remedies and food items.
“Is this something that can heal you?”
He nodded to her while picking some herbs, “Precisely they only help to boost my power. something mere like this is nothing but tools. Without them, I still alive even if I wounded badly.”
“You have healing power?”
He closed his eyes and resumed, “No.”
“???” then what? On what ground he can say something like that, if he gets injured badly he is still alive. Normally vampires with severe wounds and didn’t get treatment will be turned into ashes as they can’t maintain the power to shapes their form. Yes, they may strong but that because they have Unsacred Power. the opposites from Divine Power. a deviating flow of power because naturally, Vampires itself already deviated from destiny, Human should not last long or live eternal in this world.
Unless…
He gave the man some coins before they headed to the outside of the villages.
Ira bravely asked him in some quiet places, far from the humans as she is afraid they will panic if they realize there is a vampire in this village.
They walked not side by side, the vampire walked at the front while the powerless angel walked right behind him. the quiet road, debris stone, and sand make their steps each sound crispy. Around them is only a wide field full of the mini sprout of some plants and at the other territory seemed like this is some paddy fields. It’s still noon though yet the atmosphere around them is cold.
The vampire stopped and his head slightly turned to the side, “is there something you wanted to ask?”
Yeah, right. First, how can he stay still at noon? the sun shines brightly than before. Normally vampires won’t come out at mid-day like this. second, according to each of his answers; did he will drink blood to heal his wound?
You could be reading stolen content. Head to the original site for the genuine story.
The powerless angel fidget, she over curious than these two questions as she confused which one to be asked first.
The vampire stopped waiting for her, “the environment might be a favor to you and you could have attacked me right now. but heed my words, this is nothing to me. Sun is nothing to me.”
She catches a glimpse of the vampire traits as she deduced him as someone who likes to bragging.
“I don’t plan to attack you, I’m powerless you know.”
The vampire continued his walk followed by the powerless angel.
“Hey, don’t be so hostile. I was curious at you. Aren’t we a comrade?”
“Not when I freed from your sealed blood inside, I will kill you afterward.”
“That’s cold! Alright, is that what you want then I will do the same.”
He smirked, “you just determined to kill me, despite your duty. That also means you forgot your duty, then.”
She silenced, somehow munching his word. “are you… will kill me because I have the duty to kill your race?”
Now his turn to be silent. He didn’t want to keep the conversation and started faster his pace.
They somehow arrived at some thick forest after six hours walking without rest, and decide to have something here. Vincent sat below the tree and closed his eyes, resting some muscles or thinking. While the powerless angel seemed confused about what to do and decide to sat beside him. he opened his side red-eye and glanced at her.
“Move, don’t get too close.”
Pissed. She moved not too far from her original place. She really hate that creature the most.
“do you… hate me that much?”
True, her blood is sealing his power. but, to begin with, who is at fault?
The vampire didn’t answer, instead, he moved to the side of the tree, back facing her. maybe, that question is too dumb, whoever met their executioner would also hate them. no one likes to be defeated.
She let this pass as she already used to it. Used being ignored. She decided to enjoy the environment.
The moon quietly rises before them. the thick bushes and trees make the same grease sounds due to the night breeze. The stars brimming the night sky as they twinkling, decorating the dark hollow spaces. She recalled despite being sealed and powerless, she is quite grateful for exist. To be outed from that place is a joy to her. she is eager to see what lies beyond this world. She may lack common sense as the vampire says but, hey, learning could be growth. She will take a step by step to learn more about this world.
She may also try some culinary as she chuckled with low voices, almost whispering. She is a demi-god and she didn’t have the feeling of hunger, thirsty or sleepy, she still had emotion though. Because of that feeling had taken, she didn’t need any mundane necessities like coins, but she will try to achieve them and buy something. Collecting items is not bad either, maybe she can decorate her place with those items when she finished her duty.
She closed her eyes and imagined her place becomes full of collective items. That must be fun, or so she thought.
She stopped thinking when she heard a struggling weed sound beside her. none other than the creature rise from his deep remain.
He looked like going somewhere.
“Hm? Where do you want to go?”
He didn’t turn to her and replied, “wandering around.”
She can’t let this creature go! Who knows if he starts attacking some people around and connect his raving fangs to their soft nape, well her whole mind and body said: NO.
“I’m coming with you.”
He finally turned to her as he frowned, “do you have to follow me, every step?”
“well, I never being alone in this forest, besides I will be troubled if you start dipping your fang to any innocent neck again.”
He sneered, but that sneer is pointed to himself, “Don’t be ridiculous. If I do that, the village before should has been destroyed in a short time.”
Huh? The village with the market place before?
“I never suck any blood since I'm awake.”
She still didn’t believe him though, also he awake? Did he took a sleep before?
He didn’t await her to reply as he take a slow pace toward the dark path before him.
“wait, I come with you.”
Still back facing her, “do whatever you want, but don’t blame me if anything happens to you.”
Thus, the short rest had ended and they walked along the stone path. At first, it was a normal path where people at day time will pass them frequently, but sooner or later the path becomes hard to distinguished. between the bushes and the road. The high and tall plants somehow cover the entire ground. She found this road is quite difficult to be crossed while the creature still looked calm and easily passes them.
“move closely.” He ordered her.
“Easy to talk, this road is—”
Before she realized, she was easily being carried by the creature as the creature itself moved swiftly among the tall plants and jumped to a huge tree. She is being carried like a sack, but she didn’t mind her position. Instead, she shocked because the creature suddenly carrying her and moving faster. As if something going to happen below.
He put her at the big branch of the tree as he started to crouch and examining the situation below. She gained her composure and following him, crouching.
“what is it?” the whispering is enough to be heard among them.
“look.” He pointed at some lights not far from them. surely, there is a bunch of people crossing the path where they just take them. they are huge and each showing their maces, some of them only bring dagger at their hands. The next wave of those people looked to bring some huge package and belongings while they laughed along. The last wave has some people who bring a huge chained jail that being dragged by two horses. There are some people inside as they looked hurt and sad.
“It’s that prisoner…? Why?”
“They are bandits, the same people who chased you. Looked like they just raid some places.”
She gulped as she asked again, “Wh-What are they going to do with the people inside?”
He shrugged as he leaned to the tree. “being sold to slavery maybe? Heh, even in this period; slavery is still legal, huh.”
She didn’t want that to happen. The people inside the cage looked so powerless, there is only elder people, some women, and children. They are innocent people who can’t force themselves to fight.
“We should rty to released them.”
“you and what? You are powerless, you might be the best meat to be deflowered by them.”
“what is deflowered?”
“…”
Right, this creature is a heartless being who doesn’t care and merciless, why would she said ‘we’ instead ‘I’. she should make her action right now or else the innocent people will being sold.
Wait, on second thought, the creature is right. She is powerless, she might be defeated right away. She thinks hard as she tried to find a way to them, no, her.
The creature at first being silent and resumed, “deflowered meant you are being eaten by them. simply procedure from slash your outfit, and start to ravaging your body as well as they will put something inside your lower body and enjoyed every bit of your mentally cries.”
SMACK
“Avast ye!”
All the bandits stopped their track as they heard something like slapping sounds. They looked around and suddenly stumbled as someone fall down from the tree branch.
Right in front of them is a woman with long grey hair and a white outfit. Her fair skin contrast with her outfit as she seemed like a deity.
She takes a step forward as she bravely facing them. she might be powerless, but she can fight. Either is her defeat or not; that innocent people deserve to be free.
The bandits who stood upfront, looked like the captain, is suiting himself as he amused at the woman in front of them. his eyes wandering around her body madly.
“well, well, what we’ve here. A lump of silky meat—”
Right at the end was her to punch him. the bandit can’t take the power of demi-god as he was launched backward and crushing his subordinates. At instant and short time, almost half of them were taken aback.
Yes, she is Demi-God. She had tremendous physical skills in order to exterminate another supreme being. things like human and bandits are none to her.
“Captain!” the remaining people helped the captain and a lot of subordinates who thrown back because of the power. “You! Damn woman! She is a monster!”
And to think she has the duty to exterminate the real monsters while being called a monster.
They looked at the grey woman as they are keeping their hostile face, gripping their weapon as hard as they can. The grey woman had a red face and uncomfortable expression which make her frowned to them.
“You, humans, called me a monster while you want to deflowered me mercilessly!?”
“!!??”
All the participants before her, even the innocent people, looked at her bewildered.
While the vampire who leaned at the upside branch is sneered widely as he found this is interesting. His left hand touched his swollen cheek as he was being slapped before.
