Synopsis
At age 24, she was already a failure in her field. It was a one in a million "rarity".
Burdened with a crippled knee after a injury on the courts and a shadow over her heart, she withdrew from badminton and retired, living out the rest of her days in a small, cramped apartment. Eventually she couldn't take it anymore, quietly deciding to end her own journey in a rash and impulsive decision. Life wasn't worth living anyway when the thing she adored the most was taken from her, and she was the one at fault for that.
What if she had tried harder? Was more careful? What if she stayed longer on the courts? Swung her racket more and more times? Could she have eventually worked her way out of the problems that were plaguing her?
These were her dying thoughts.
