Staring at the clear blue sky with my light cyan eyes, i wonder why i thought it was a great idea to take a shortcut through the alleyway. I know that it's too late to cry over spilled milk anyways but hey, I'm currently bleeding out with no one nearby to help and i can't do anything anyways. I wonder if my family will miss me, though they probably will be okay with everything i left them with and they also have each other. I started to feel really tired and close my eyes for a moment.

As if cold water was splashed at my face, I open my eyes and quickly gets up.
"What the....Was it just a dream?" I murmur to myself while running my fingers along my messy blonde hair. Come to think of it, I got told many times that i got a quite handsome face and athletic body and if not for my quiet and introvert personality, I would be a perfect boyfriend ty-

I look up and stare at the unknown individual and got the shock of a lifetime. Whoever this is, he can probably be count as a twin of mine, if not for the weird clothes and that-Sword?! "Let's make this short, I am known as King Authur or the memory of him. You, child, are the reincarnation of me." He states with an indifferent stare.
I shudders, the cold tone and the stare was kinda too much for a 21 century person like me. Though It's surprising that I'm supposed to be his reincarnation. This probably either means that he's going to steal my body or maybe i'm already dead?
"While it's seems quite cliche and all, I remember that Gilgamesh once died by ove-wait, that's in an anime. Oh well....." I try to pretend to be calm but fails miserably and just give up. My twi-King Authur stares at me for a moment and continue speaking. Wow, he even look cool while being an asshole.
"As you assumed, you have recently died, thus you were able to enter this place. I have been monitoring your whole life and i can say that you," He point his sword at me. "while focused on trying to having a quiet life, is surprisingly worthy of taking my mantle. But that is my opinion, if Excalibur and Avalon accept you, I would have no problem accepting you as a successor."
Wow...He didn't give me any options. Still though, no sane person would not accept to being a king's successor. Especially King Authur, enuf said. But at the same time, i have some doubt.
"But, aren't we both dead? Even if i become your successor, all my memories would still be erased soon, due to reincarnation process gimmick right?" I asked worriedly. "Also, what am i supposed to do as a successor? Would i need to recreate Camelot?" No way in hell can i actually be a king, i can be a fighter but i have low self-esteem.
"No, You will choose your path. I will not limit your path but i shall put my hope on you. Go and make a name for yourself, a name that far surpass mine. Learn from my mistakes and do not become a tyrant."King Authur stated, still emotionlessly but somehow, i feel pride. "As for the other problem, Avalon and Excalibur can deal with it. How do you think I reincarnated? If not for myself not wanting to make the same mistake and wanted myself to be as normal as possible, I would not seal my own memories and watch instead. Now go, my successor, show Excalibur your determination and Avalon your temperament!"
King Authur hand over both the sword and the sheath. I decide to start with Excalibur, my will to live far surpass any other of my desire right now. I reach my right hand out.....
